Research On The Service Quality Of Community Hospital

The high speed of society and the quickening pace of life cause people's bodies to be in a state of overload.,most people are often in sub-health.Therefore,the hospital's ability to prevent disease,diagnosis and treatment,rehabilitation and health care has received national attention.That is,the quality of medical service is the key factor for people to choose whether to visit or not.According to the existing medical and health organization structure,community hospitals are built around the community.Community hospitals is the role of "gatekeepers" of residents' health,it is the basic part of the health service organization structure.The quality of medical service is the basic of hospital survival,Community hospitals,as residents' hospitals,should follow the path of survival.,improving its own service quality is also the focus of the work of community hospitals.Although the medical and health service provider is the medical staff,But the patient as the receiving party of the service is the main body that evaluates hospital service quality.So,the evaluation of service quality of community hospital is one of the methods to improve the service quality of community hospital,to understand and grasp the focus of patients on community hospitals during evaluation,it is helpful for community hospitals to improve their service quality.In this paper,some community hospitals in shijiazhuang are selected as research objects,evaluate the quality of service and give Suggestions for improvement.The first,this article has sorted out the relevant literature of community hospital service quality research,based on the concept of community hospital service quality,the status of community hospital in shijiazhuang city is described,and found it inadequate.The second,this paper is based on literature research and interviews,the evaluation model of service quality of shijiazhuang community hospital was put forward.In this article,we combined the research results of the father of the American medical quality management with the SERVQUAL evaluation scale,construct the original index of service quality evaluation,the evaluation index is adjusted slightly according to the pre-survey,By using factor analysis method,the primary indexes of the initial evaluation index were reclassified,The first dimension is: environmental facility,medical technology,medical ethics,cost expenditure,treatment result and service response.The third,according to the evaluation model,the quality evaluation of 8 community hospitals in shijiazhuang city was carried out,The quality of service was evaluated according to the questionnaire,in addition,we evaluated SQ of six dimensions respectively.The fourth,The quality of community hospital service in shijiazhuang city was discussed and improved.
