The Clinical Study Of The “Dredging Channels And Harmonizing Internal Organs” Acupuncture Therapy To Treat With Post-apoplectic Limb Spasm

Purpose: To observe the clinic effects of “dredging channels and harmonizing internal organs” acupuncture therapy on post-apoplectic limb spasm and its effect on the degree of limb spasm,activities of daily living,neurological deficit score.Method: According to the principle of random,the 60 post-apoplectic limb spasm patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of TCM acupuncture treatment area and the brain treatment area and the brain rehabilitation center were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group in accordance with the random number table.The two groups of patients have all accepted the rehabilitation therapy.The treatment group was treated with “dredging channels and harmonizing internal organs” acupuncture method and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture method,and their courses of treatment were both 4 weeks.We used Ashworth to classify the degree of limb spasm and Barthel to evaluate the activities of daily living and NDS to classify the degree of neurological deficit of the patients of the two groups before and after treatment,combined with the changes in the scale scores of different time,to investigate the therapeutic effect of “dredging channels and harmonizing internal organs” method on post-apoplectic limb spasm.The above data were statistically analyzed with SPSS22.0 software.Result: 1.Through the statistical analysis: There were no statistical differences comparatively at age,sex,the nature of stroke and course.2.The two treatment methods can both improve the degree of limb spasm,the activities of daily living,the degree of neurological deficit of the patients and the total effective rate of 86.67% in the treatment group was better than 76.67% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion: “dredging channels and harmonizing internal organs” acupuncture therapy can improve the degree of limb spasm,the activities of daily living and the degree of neurological deficit of post-apoplectic limb spasm patients.and that the it has advantage to compare with control group.
