Objective:Taking db/db mice as the research object,the jejunal tissue morphological structure and the expression of occludin in intestinal mucosal epithelial cells were observed to investigate the mechanism of the influence of "Adjusting Internal Organs and Dredging Channel" electroacupuncture on jejunal mucosal barrier function of T2 DM.Methods:A total of 22 db/db type 2 diabetic mice were randomly divided into 11 in the acupuncture treatment group and 11 in the model control group,and 9 db/m mice fed under the same conditions during the same period were used as the blank control group,totally 3 groups.Electric acupuncture group with acupuncture mice "fei shu","pi shu","shen shu","zu san li","san yin jiao","he gu" and "tai chong" on both sides,connected ipsilateral "fei shu"-"shen shu","zu san li"-"san yin jiao" acupuncture point,take the density wave,6 days for a period of treatment,acupuncture treatment between the rest one day,after 2 courses of treatment,mice jejunum,placed in-80 ? refrigerator for inspection.The changes in jejunum morphology and the expression of occludin protein in jejunal epithelium were observed by immunohistochemistry,and the positive expression of occludin was counted by image-pro software.Results:1.The body weight of the mice in the acupuncture group(39.78±1.87)increased more slowly than that in the model group(41.53±1.86),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The blood glucose of mice in the acupuncture group(22.65±2.29)was compared with that in the model group(24.95±2.41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The expression of occludin protein in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the model group.The difference between the electroacupuncture group(79.30±5.66)and the blank group(91.08±4.87)was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the model group(51.66±6.5),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:1."Adjusting Internal Organs and Dredging Channel" electroacupuncture could inhibit the weight gain of db/db mice.2."Adjusting Internal Organs and Dredging Channel" electroacupuncture can improve the hyperglycemia of db/db mice.3."Adjusting Internal Organs and Dredging Channel" could improve the jejunal mucosal barrier morphology of db/db mice.4."Adjusting Internal Organs and Dredging Channel" plays a role in the treatment of T2 DM by mediating the expression of occludin protein and regulating the function of tight connections of intestinal epithelium.
