Clinical Observation On Spasms Due To Apoplectic Hemiparalysis By Dredging Governor Vessel And Regulating Conception Vessel

Objective: According to observe and analyze the clinical curative effect through the combination of points between Du and Ren extra channels to remove obstruction for patients with saccadic hemiplegia after stroke, to explore the most effective new therapy means, thus further enhance the clinical curative effect of the acupuncture treatment on hemiplegia of stroke sequelae, and obtain the good social benefit.Method: A random selection of 40 patients with paralysis of one side of the body after apoplexy were chosen for the study, according to the completely stochastic grouping design principle. The objects were equally divided into two groups: a new post the law treatment group and traditional acupuncture control one .Before and after treatment using Ashworth, the CSI meter separate to the upper limb, the lower limb convulsion degree ,using the Fugl-Meyer movement function grading meter appraisal body movement function, Barthel index meter appraisal daily life ability, observes the improvement situation of the upper limb, the lower limb convulsion degree, the body movement function and the daily life ability.Findings:1 Two groups of methods of treatment in the Ashworth, the CSI meter have the significance difference(P＜0.01),treatment group total effectiveness 85%,control group 75%,but two groups to improve the upper limb convulsion degree have no remarkable difference (P＞0. 05), to low limb convulsion curative effect, the therapy group is surpass to the control group (P＜0. 05).2 To improvement degree of the lower limb movement function the trial group is better than the control one (P＜0. 05), to enhances the daily life ability, the two groups have no obvious difference(P＜0. 05).Conclusion:1 About the body convulsion degree, the movement function and the daily life ability the two groups both have the good curative effect, especially in improving the lower limb in particular the convulsion degree and the body movement function ,the treatment is surpass to the control one. As well as enhance the daily life ability and improvement upper limb convulsion degree, two groups of treatment curative effect have obvious difference. 2 Compare with the all curative effect the new post the law synthesis group is better than the traditional bright control one, a new post the law is one effective method on treatment the saccadic hemiplegia after stroke.
