Auricularplaster Therapy In Treatment Of Children With Asthma(Asthma Of Heat) Clinical Research

Purpose: The use of the unique treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,auricular plaster therapy in treatment of children with asthma(heat type)clinical efficacy and safety ?Objective evaluation and Research on the treatment of asthma in children has opened up an effective and reliable and effective way?Method: The study included children with asthma(heat type)for 60 cases of patients were from the outpatient department of Pediatrics,the first clinical hospital of Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences of Jilin province.The children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,2 cases in each group were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(n = 30).The control group was given oral Pingchuan Granule(Changchun Qing Ke Yuanda Pharmaceutical Co.,the country medicine accurate;Z20040047)as basic therapy,treatment group treated with auricular plaster therapy(each acupressure 3-5 min,4 days as a treatment period,two ears alternate wheel for use.During the onset of the 2 cycles,the results were evaluated after a period of two cycles.In the experiment,we observed the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of two different methods of diagnosis and treatment.Result: Through clinical trials comparing 2 cycles of observation,found that the test group and the control group results: the total effective rate was 96.7%,70%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),suggesting that the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The final clear auricular plaster therapy in treatment of children with asthma(asthma of heat)in the clinical treatment of curative effect is accurate and reliable.Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of 60 cases observation of auricular plaster therapy in the treatment of children with asthma(asthma of heat)have obvious advantages.Greatly reduced the use and dependence of hormone in children.Can make children cough,asthma,and other symptoms have eased.This method is easy to operate,good curative effect,and no side effects,children and parents can readily accept.Can be widely used as adjuvant therapy in clinical practice.
