Bushen-huoxue Decoction For Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris After PCI Operation (Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis) Clinical Studies

Purpose: Bushen huoxue Tang is a famous old hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of PCI after coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated by Professor Yu Kaicheng experience,and combined with the tutor,Professor Zheng Dawei years clinical practice experience.Through the effect of bushen huoxue decoction on coronary heart disease angina pectoris after PCI operation(syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis)clinical,statistical analysis of the results of clinical studies,research on recurrence of coronary heart disease of TCM symptom after PCI,angina pectoris,electrocardiographic and nitroglycerin stopped reducing rate of improvement,so as to provide effective treatment options,open new ideas.Method: This study randomized controlled single blind method,will come from Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of 1:1 proportion of 72 cases randomly assigned to treatment group and the control group,the control group received conventional Western medicine,in the treatment group control group treatment of reinforcing kidney and activating blood on the basis a flood agent(rehmannia,Chinese wolfberry,psoralen,Salvia,earthworm,rhodiola)taken by mouth.Record general condition of the patient before treatment,cardiovascular risk factors,EKG,heart attack frequency,duration,easing,and TCM syndromes in the use of nitroglycerin.Clinical observation for21 days.Records after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with symptoms,ECG and angina.After the results of statistical analysis of medical evaluation of clinical observation on the curative effect of bushen huoxue decoction.Result: Treatment and control groups in terms of age,gender,and cardiovascular risk factors in patients with no significant differences(P>0.05)?Comparison of two groups of patients in TCM syndromes,with a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),And improve TCM symptom on the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.Two groups in termsof total points of TCM syndrome with a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),The treatment group than the control group.Symptoms of angina in the treatment group improved on the total effective rate 77.78%,total effective rate of 55.56% in the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Two groups in terms of reducing the frequency and duration of angina attack,with a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),And the treatment group than the control group.After the two groups were able to reduce the amount of nitroglycerin,but no statistically significant differences between groups(P > 0.05)?Electrocardiographic improvement total effective rate in the treatment group on 47.22%,the control group was 41.67%,no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05)?Conclusion: PCI can reduce coronary heart disease by bushen huoxue decoction in recurrence of angina episodes and the duration of the attack,improve TCM symptoms,reducing the use of nitroglycerin.
