| Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Tongluo granules on coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,to explore the efficacy and safety of this formula in the treatment of coronary heart disease,and to provide new ideas and research data for the treatment of coronary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:72 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in the first clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group(36cases)and control group(36 cases).In the experimental group,yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Tongluo granules were added on the basis of Western medicine treatment.The control group was given basic Western medicine treatment.the course of treatment was 8weeks.The changes of SAQ(Seattle Angina Scale),SF-12(Quality of Life Rating Scale)score,angina pectoris score,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid and other score were observed before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement was 93.75% in the experimental group and 62.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,SAQ(Seattle Angina Scale),SF-12(Quality of Life Rating Scale)score,angina pectoris score,TCM syndrome score and blood lipid and other indicators in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Tongluo granules can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease,improve the quality of life,safe and effective. |
