| Objective:This study selected migraine patients(Syndrome of Upper Hyperactivity of Liver Yang)as the observation object,observe the immediate pain relief,the effects of short-term and long-term of the He Jie Zhi Tong Decoction combined with Blooding-letting Therapy.Methods:72 migraine patients were selected with the treatment group by adopting the method of randomized,controlled clinical trials.While the patients in study group treated with He Jie Zhi Tong Decoction(boil-free granule)combined with Blooding-letting Therapy,the control group treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules.the study course of both groups include a month's treatment.Selected for the first time after the treatment of0.5h,2h,end of treatment and treatment 4 weeks after the end of the four time points,two groups were observed in patients with visual analogue scale(VAS)and the clinical symptoms of headache(Including headache frequency,duration,concomitant symptoms and so on),to explore the clinical efficacy of the He Jie Zhi Tong Decoction combined with Blooding-letting Therapy.Results:A total of 72 patients were enrolled patients,off 3 cases,a total of 69 cases of statistics the number of cases.1.The baseline information of the patients,First of all,the gender,age distribution,course of disease,and the history of migraine attack in the last 1 months were compared between the two groups.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the information between the two groups was comparable;2.Immediate analgesic efficacy comparison: After 0.5h,2h of treatment,the VAS scores of two group were significance decreased(P<0.01).Comparison between groups,VAS score were significance decreased(P<0.05).That mean both of them can improve the immediate analgesic efficacy,but the treatment group's clinical effect was better than the control group;3.The recent curative effect comparison:after treatment,two groups of patients with headache frequency,duration,degree of headache,frequency of use of analgesics,concomitant symptoms and score of TCM syndromes areas have been improved,and within the group is statistically significant(P<0.01),comparison between groups,except for concomitantsymptoms no significant difference between the two groups,the evaluation indexes of the treatment group were better than the control group,was statistically significant(P<0.05).Thus,in addition to the improvement of concomitant symptoms with no obvious difference between the two,for other therapeutic evaluation indicators,the short-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group;4.Comparison of long-term efficacy:the follow-up period(4 weeks after the end of treatment),the number of headache attacks in two groups was observed,results showed that,compared with the end of treatment,the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01),there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).In the control of the number of attacks,Proof of He Jie Zhi Tong Decoction combined with Blooding-letting Therapy in the treatment of migraine(Syndrome of Upper Hyperactivity of Liver Yang)better than Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules;5.In the evaluation of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the treatment group was85.29%,which was much higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:He Jie Zhi Tong Decoction combined with Blooding-letting Therapy in the treatment of migraine(Syndrome of Upper Hyperactivity of Liver Yang)compared to Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules has better immediate analgesic efficacy.For the number of headache attacks,duration,degree of headache,frequency of use of analgesics and score of TCM syndromes areas were better than Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules,it has good short-term and long-term efficacy,and is worthy of clinical application. |
