The Clinical Observation Of Maxing Chaihu Decoction Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Acute Exacerbatain- Disease Stay Shaoyang,Sputum And Heat Filled)

Purpose: This subject through clinical observation and research application of Maxing Chaihu Decoction treatment of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(acute exacerbatain—Disease stay Shaoyang,Sputum and heat filled)effect to bjective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease effectiveness,safety.Through the experimental observation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment reflects the unique advantages,and provide more effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment program for COPD.Method: Patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute exacerbation period(GOLD Class ?)who were treated in the Department of Pulmonary Diseases,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group are of 36 cases,a total of 72 cases.By observing the before and after treatment the level of symptoms and fever situation determination to analysis of the efficacy of the two groups of treatment.Statistical analysis was used to compare.Result: 72 patients had already completed the trial,They have no adverse reactions.The results show:The treatment group and the control group of TCM syndrome score improved have a good effect.And the treatment group is better.After treatment,the two groups of patients with clinical disease:Both the groups were significantly improved,and relative to conventional treatment in Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine + Western routine treatment for patients with tolerance or difficulty in breathing improvement is more obvious.The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: The Clinical for Chaihu Decoction treatment of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(Disease stay Shaoyang,Sputum and heat filled)of treatment effect is satisfactory.Chinese medicine treatment group to alleviate the clinical symptoms of acute exacerbations,and for AECOPD for individual patients with overall damage has an effective control,Greatly reducing the patient's pain and economic burden.Therefore,the use of Chaihu Decoction treatment of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(Disease stay Shaoyang,Sputum and heat filled)of treatment of clinical efficacy.Results of this experiment is worth further research and extension.Through years of clinical practice research Professor Wang Tan has confirmed the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,deepen the meaning of the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Further confirmed that the core of AECOPD pathogenesis are “Feiqi Xuleng,Zhuoqi Yongzhi”.Use this to show that AECOPD is changed in the whole body,not just in the lungs.
