Objective:Observe the transformation of the clinical symptoms and accessory examinations between the two groups and before and after treatment, to explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment to cure the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease secondary to deep fungal infection.Search for efficient, economic and security measure to treat and defend this disease,to prevent recurrent disease development and to improve the patients' life quality. Methods:Choice 60 COPD patients with secondary to deep fungal infection, divided into treatment group and control group, recorded the two groups' symptoms, sputum culture, blood gas analysis, pulmonary function and chest X-ray reports of before and after treatment, and calculat BODE index, then statistical analysis the data between the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results:The two groups after treatment the total effective rate of comparison, the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of cough, expectoration, wheezing shortness of breath, chest tightness, fever, dry mouth symptoms such as eating less, the two groups before and after treatment comparison group were significantly different(P<0.05). Treatment group compared to the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).FVC accounted for the improvement of the ratio of expected value(FVC/Pre%),second the proportion of the total expected value(FEV1/Pre%),accounted for the maximum expiratory flow rate is expected to value ratio(PEF/Pre%),the two groups after treatment comparison, the treatment group than the control group, there are significant differences (P<0.05);In improving the rate of one second(FEV1/FVC%),the two groups after treatment comparison group there were no significant differences(P >0.05);BODE index to improve the patients, the first seconds of breath accounted for the percentage of expected value(FEV1/Pre%),respiratory difficulty of the integral(MRC),6 minute walk distance(6MWT) before and after treatment in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Body Mass Index(BMI) before and after treatment were not statistically significant, considering patients with chronic malnutrition COPO,short-term improvement was not obvious. Conclusions:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease secondary to deep fungal infections is common desease in clinic, patients with multiple organ dysfunction, chronic malnutrition;increase recurrent disease,long-term combined spectrum antibiotics and glucocorticoids, generally poor.Western anti-viral treatment limitations, this study found that a simple application with, patients' clinical symptoms such as cough, expectoration, fever, chest tightness, shortness of breath could be alleviate. But for BODE index, which is closely related to the prognosis and quality of life, including indicators of lung function(FEV1/Pre%),dyspnea index(MRC),6 minute walk distance (6MWT),is no significant improvement.Another side, the combo-application of traditional Chinese medicine "Dong-Di-San-Huang-Tang" and fluconazole, the symptom score improving significantly, accounting for the improvement of forced vital capacity ratio of expected value(FVC/Pre%),second the proportion of the total expected value(FEV1/Pre%),expiratory flow is expected to account for the highest value of the ratio(PEF/Pre%),the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,in particular the BODE index, expect the body mass index(BMI),the points of the treatment group were better than the control group. It show that treatment combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine, not only can significantly control the clinical symptoms, inhibition of fungal killing, and to improve the prognosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
