Clinical Research On YeShi Fuling Deco-ction In Treating Distention And Fullness Disease Of Spleen Deficiency And Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome

Purpose: This paper through the experimental study of YeShi Fuling Decoction treatment of functional dyspepsia by TCM dialectical treatment for curative effect of Distention(fullness disease of Spleen Deficiency and Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome),to evaluate objectively the effectiveness and the safety of Chinese medicine treatment,reflecte the unique advantages of TCM,and also provide a more effective Chinese medicine treatment for FD.Method: According to the diagnostic standard of Chinese and Western medicine,72 cases of FD were randomly divided into two groups,cases were derived from The Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of geriatrics outpatient clinic patients(from March 2016 to December 2016),the treatment group of 36 cases,36 cases in the control group,In addition to Sign informed consent.the treatment group was given YeShi Fuling Decoction,the control group was given LIUWEIANXIAO Capsule(Jiangxi boshida medicine limited liability company Zhunzi Z10950027)4 capsules,2 times a day.Two groups of patients were given the treatment for 30 days,the scores of TCM symptoms,the function of gastric emptying and the depression scale would be measured.Then the resulting data would be analyzed and compared by the method of statistics.Result:72 cases were completed trial,no adverse reactions occurred.The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.9%,the control group total effective rate was 83.3%,the total efficiency of two groups analyzed by Rank test,P <0.05,It was showed that both groups could improve TCM symptoms significantly and the treatment group was better than the control group.Comparison of two groups of TCM syndrome indicators,reducing diet,loosestool syndrome P < 0.05,indicating that the two groups have differences.Other symptoms include(stomach fullness,fatigue,drowsiness,nausea and vomiting,)P>0.05,showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups.Gastric emptying comparison: the two groups of gastric emptying through the Group comparison,p <0.05,indicated that the two groups could improve the function of the gastric emptying,after the treatment,the two groups by the rank test,p > 0.05,indicated that there was no significant difference.In the depression scale comparison: between the two groups before and after treatment,showed that there was asignificant difference between the two groups in the treatment group.Indicaded the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: YeShi Fuling Decoction was satisfied with the treatment of functional dyspepsia(spleen deficiency and phlegm stagnation syndrome),it could improve the subjective symptoms of the patients significantly.In addition,it could improve the function of gastric emptying who was with lightly moderate obstacle of gastric emptying and improve the depression of patients with mild depression.Therefore,It was worthy of further research and promotion that there was a exactly efficacy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia by using of YeShi Fuling Decoction.
