ObjectiveTo study the wireless remote patient-controlled intravenous analgesia monitoring system and general intravenous analgesia pump system in Enhanced Recovery After Surgery. To analyze the data, and to explore the application value of the wireless remote patient-controlled intravenous analgesia monitoring system in Enhanced Recovery After Surgery, and to provide a more powerful guarantee for accelerating the development of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery in the field of surgery.Methods120 patients who receive laparoscopic surgery of colorectal, were randomly divided into two groups, the wireless monitoring group(group W,60 cases)and the common PCIA group(group P,60 cases). The two groups were used analgesia pumps when they were pulled out tracheal catheter after surgery, pain rating VAS when using PCIA for 2,6,12,24,48 h,three days of record of the comfort status score after PCIA,statistical analgesia workload, record the times of inadequate analgesia, recorded analgesia related complications, patient and medical staff satisfaction etc.ResultsNo difference in general information were found between two groups(P?0.05).Resting state, the pain rating VAS when using PCIA at 2h,12 h,24h,48 h were no difference between two groups(P?0.05).Compared with group P,the pain rating VAS when using PCIA at 6h was lower in group W(P?0.05).Under active condition the pain rating VAS when using PCIA at 12 h,24h,48 h were no difference between two groups(P?0.05).Compared with group P,the pain rating VAS when using PCIA at 2h and 6h was lower in group W(P?0.05).Compared with group P,three days of record of the comfort status score after PCIA were higher in group W(P?0.05).The incidence of dizziness, nausea, vomiting and skin itching occurred in the patients after PCIA were no difference between two groups(P?0.05).After 48 hours' PCIA treatment, satisfaction of patients and medical staff were higher in group W(P?0.05).ConclusionCompared with the traditional analgesia pump, the application of wireless remote patientcontrolled intravenous analgesia monitoring system in Enhanced Recovery After Surgery can effectively deal with the pain of patients, accelerate the patient's early recovery, increase the patient's comfort and satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
