Observation Of The Effect Of Oxycodne Treatment Of Postoperative Pain In The Laparoscopic Surgery With Patient Controlled Intravenous Analgesia

Objective To study the safety and efficacy of PCIA with oxycodone after laparoscopic surgery.Methods Forty patients undergoing laparosopic surgery were randomly allocated into two groups:oxycodone group (group A) and fentanyl group (group B). Each group was 20 cases(n=20 each group). Oxycodone 0.03mg·kg-1 was administered at the end of surgery in group A, When entering the PACU,the PCIA pump was switched on. The analgesic pump parameters was set up as follows:infusion rate 2 ml/h, PC A dose 4ml, lockout time 15min; Patients in group B received fentanyl 2μg·kg-1 at the end of surgery, When entering the PACU,the PCIA pump was switched on. The parameters of the analgesia pump were set samely with the group A. The Numerical rating scale (NRS) was evaluated for the patients in rest, in moving and visceral pain at 3h,6h,12h, 24h,48h after surgery, and sedation score, Vital signs, tramadol consumption, the number of breakthrough pain and the side effects were recorded.Results The NRS in group A were lower than that in group B at all the time when resting(P<0.05); The NRS of visceral pain sharply lower in group A than in group B at each time point (P<0.05);The NRS in group A were lower than that in group B at the time of 3hr,6 hr and 12 hours after surgery during the movement (P<0.05); There were no paroxysmal pain in both A group and B group, We did not use any tramadol in group A and group B; Vital signs and Ramsay sedation scores had no significantly different in Group A and Group B at each point (P>0.05);Conclusion PCIA with Oxycodone for postoperative laparoscopic surgery pain was safe and effective; The analgesic effective of Oxycodone was better than that of fentanyl in response to the relief of abdominal visceral pain.
