Objective:By observing and analyzing the effect of PCIA on Postoperative Analgesia, sedation, comfort and satisfaction of laparoscopic urology patients, the optimal postoperative PCIA scheme was selected.Methods:90 patients volunteering for PCIA after elective aparoscopic urological surgery were enrolled, and 3 groups were assigned according to the diverse drug compatibility of the PCIA,SFgroup(sufentanil 2.0ug/kg + fluorobiprofen 3.0mg/kg group,n=30)SD group(sufentanil 2.0ug/kg + dexmedetomidine 4.0ug/kg group,n=30),SFD group(sufentanil 1.0 ug/kg + fluorobiprofen 3.0mg/kg + dexmedetomidine 4.0ug/kg group,n=30).Dexamethasone 10 mg was used in each group. The postoperative pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Ramsay sedation score,Likert-5 grade score,BCS score, occurrence of adverse reaction as well as the number of pressing times of analgesic pump were respectively observed and recorded at 6 h,24 h and 48 h.Results:At 6h after operation, there was no significant difference in VAS score,BCS score and the number of times of analgesic pump compression among three groups(P > 0.05).The Ramsay sedation scores of SD group and SFD group were higher than that of SF group(P < 0.05),while no difference between SD group and SFD group(P > 0.05).The SFD group have witnessed lower incidence of adverse reaction and higher Likert-5 grade score when compared with SF group and SD group(P < 0.05),and there was no difference between the two indicators in SF group and SD group(P > 0.05).At 24 h after operation, there was no difference among the three groups with VAS score,BCS score, adverse reaction, and the number of times of analgesic pump compression. The Ramsay sedation scores and Likert-5 grade scores in SD and SFD groups were higher than those in SF group(P < 0.05),while no significant difference shown between the SD and SFD group(P > 0.05).At 48 h after operation, there was no significant difference in VAS score,Likert-5 grade score,BCS score, occurrence of adverse reaction, and number of times of analgesic pump compression among three groups(P > 0.05).The Ramsay sedation scores in SFD group and SD group were higher than that of SF group(P <0.05),there was no difference between SFD group and SD group(P > 0.05).No urinary retention, respiratory depression, disturbance of consciousness and other adverse reaction were observed in three groups. Conclusions:Better analgesia and sedation effect, higher comfort and satisfaction, and lower incidence of postoperative adverse reactions can be achieved in SFD group by a combination of sufentanil 1.0ug/kg,fluorobiprofen 3.0mg/kg and dexmedetomidine 4.0ug/kg.
