The Presentation Of Media On Doctor-patient Conflict

This thesis takes medical news report as the main object of study,and analyzes the characteristics of media presentation in the conflicts between doctors and patients.Based on the reported video content analysis,analysis of TV news shows how patient violence,media reports to clarify the impact of China's current doctor-patient relationship;video news reports with sampling analysis to doctor-patient violence as the main object of the result,summarizes its characteristics and current situation.From the point of view of communication,some theoretical basis and practical guidance are put forward to improve the relationship between doctors and patients in china.According to the current situation of China's social tension in the doctor-patient relationship,in the news media in the relationship between the role and influence as the starting point,the operation methods of literature research,text analysis method,content analysis method,using social science statistical software SPSS11.0 data statistics and analysis.First of all,the news content selected Baidu news as the research object,by constructed week sample from domestic media to the hospital report,analyze the text and content,summed up the situation and characteristics of China's current medical news;secondly,the doctor-patient violence video as the research object,characteristics and propagation characteristics,the two sides the conflict between the doctor-patient violence in the video finally,comparison of objective reality and media presentation,put forward to improve the status of doctor-patient relationship in China suggestions from four angles of the government,the media,personal,hospital.The main innovation of this study lies in the mass from the angle of communication about medical problems,take the method of content analysis,from video reports and written reports to study the two aspects of the doctor-patient conflicts and different media,most of the existing research,which is the innovation of this paper lies in:Take the method of content analysis,from video reports and written reports to study the two aspects of the Doctor-patient Conflict of mediapresentation,fill the related media study,systematic analysis and lack of media in the doctor patientrelationship.In addition,the study found that the current media in China's medical news coverage is not comprehensive enough,mining is not deep,lack of balance,professionalism is not strong.Therefore,the media should not only stay in the appearance of reflecting the conflicts between doctors and patients,but also reveal the causes of the current situation and fulfill the responsibility of monitoring the environment so as to promote the progress and perfection of the system.The government should promote the reform of the medical system,increase investment in health care,change the high medical costs,medical personnel situation,address the root causes of tension between doctors and patients;audience should improve the initiative,the government,schools should pay attention to the training of media literacy,so that they can accept dialectically and understand the information of the media;the hospital should pay attention to the communication with media,enhance the sense of responsibility and the level of medical care.
