ObjectiveKnee meniscus injury is a common sports injury of athletes,the use of knee arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery has become an ideal method for the treatment of meniscus injury.However,the effect of postoperative rehabilitation of patient is not satisfactory,for the patient must as soon as possible to eliminate the symptoms and to restore the function of knee joint,so that they back to normal as soon as possible,is still a challenge to the field of sports medicine.The use of advanced technology and equipment selection of gait analysis,plantar force time percentage,district single support period parameters,step angle,district plantar peak pressure and other indicators,the knee meniscus injury patients with gait and normal youth group,preliminary study of gait characteristics of knee meniscus injury patients section,and on the basis of on the combination of nerve muscle training in the treatment of knee meniscus injury curative effect evaluation,in order to provide reference for the treatment of mechanical to assess the curative effect of knee meniscus injury postoperative neuromuscular rehabilitation technique in the treatment of the disease.MethodsThe Belgian RSsean company International Footscan plantar pressure measurement system for the January 2015 to December 2015 arthroscopic medial meniscus after repair of 20 cases of aged 18~35 medial meniscus of knee joint injury of patient,and 10 normal young people walking gait in test subjects plantar regional force time,single foot support order parameters,step angle,plantar peak pressure of each partition,analysis of knee menisectomy patients and normal young people naturally walking gait in the process of the similarities and differences,and summed up the gait characteristics of athletes knee meniscus injury after operation.16 cases of eligible athletes were selected based on the 1 on the left and right knee injury in 6 cases,including 8 cases of male,female 10 cases.20 eligible athelets were randomly divided into 2 groups: neuromuscular training group(NeuromuscularTraining group,NT)and strength training(Strength training,ST)group.Before and after treatment 8 weeks,JOA score and gait test were evaluated.ResultsThe percentage of time was higher than the normal youth group stress of patients with plantar regions of meniscus injury of knee joint after operation,two groups of inner and outer heel values have significant differences;the knee meniscus injury patients after operation,the time percentage of initial contact phase before the foot from the percentage of time is lower than the normal youth group,foot flat phase was higher than normal young group;knee meniscus injury patients after heel side area of the peak pressure was higher than that of the normal youth group decreased.That gait index of patients with knee meniscus injury after operation is characteristic,the percentage of heel contact time,the percentage of time,initial contact phase percentage of the whole foot support phase time and the percentage of time from the front foot and the normal people have the obvious difference,the knee joint meniscus injury after operation in patients with heel lateral muscle movement and balance the ability to control are weaker than normal young people.The gait characteristics of patients with knee meniscus injury at different times after recovery were also different.The JOA score from the score of content,claudication,pain,locking,support,stability,swelling,difficulty upstairs are limited,squat appear meniscus injury symptoms,two groups of athletes in the rehabilitation training 8 weeks after rehabilitation training,ST group of athletes was higher than that of NT group,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).On the gait index,the percentage of the stress time,the foot support parameters and the peak of plantar pressure were improved in the two groups,but there was no significant difference before and after treatment.The improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.ConclusionTime and single support period parameters,step angle,plantar peak pressure of each partition compared with healthy young people there are different degrees ofdifference stress of patients with plantar regions of meniscus injury of knee joint after operation;gait features between different types of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee is not the same,has beneficial reference value for this rehabilitation treatment the disease.Neuromuscular training is effective in the treatment of patients with knee meniscus surgery.
