The Choerospondlat Fructus is the arid fruit of Choerospondias axillaris(Roxb.)Burtt et Hill.It is widely distributed in Xizang,Yunnan,Guizhou,Guangxi,Guangdong,Hunan,Hubei,Jiangxi and other provinces.The Choerospondlat Fructus is used for blood stasis,chest pain,palpitations,shortness of breath,malaise and other symptoms.It’s seed has a large volume,and not easy to crush or use.So we want to study on its chemical constituents of the system,and the fingerprint research based on it.The chemical constituents of the seed of Choerospondlat Fructus were investigated systemically in this paper.By using a verity of chromatographic techniques,such as macroporous resin,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,reverse phase ODS,MCI and other chromatographic methods,36 compounds are separated from the ethanol extract of the seed of Choerospondlat Fructus,and 17 of them are determined by spectroscopic and chemical methods.These compounds included one dihydrogen flavonoids compounds: naringenin(1);Three Lignin compounds:(E)-3,3’-dimethoxy-4,4’-dihydroxystilbene(2),balanophonin(3),(-)-(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconifenyl alcohol(4);Nine phenolic acids compounds:isovanillin(5),3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(6),3,3’-di-O-methylellagic acid(7),protocatechuate(8),gallic acid(9),dehydrodigallic acid(10),vanillic acid(11),ellagic acid(12),3,3’-di-O-methylellagic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13);Two sterols compounds: β-sitosterol(14),daucosterol(15)and two other type compounds:palmitoleic acid(16)and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(17).All compounds were first isolated from the seed of Choerospondlat Fructus and the compounds1,2,3,4,5,10,13,16 were also isolated from the Choerospondias in the first time.We established a fingerprint method of different batches of denucleationChoerospondlat Fructus powder by using HPLC,and calibrated 22 common peaks on it.On the foundation of separate chemical composition,identifiing 10 components of the common peaks,including gallic acid,5-hydroxymethylfurfural,protocatechuate,(+)-catechin,epicatechin,ellagic acid,GZB11,quercetin,GZE4 and3,3’-di-O-methylellagic acid.Then a method was be established to determination five components of them by HPLC as well.On this basis,compare the conpunds and content differents of the denucleation powder and seed from Choerospondlat Fructus.This method is simple to operation,have good reproducibility and high degree of separation.The fingerprint is typical,representative,comprehensive and objective.And the method of quality control is fast,accurate,can be used as a method for the determination of Choerospondlat Fructus. |
