The Treatment Of Early Caries And Endodontic Diseases Casued By Dysplastic

The lesion area of caries reflects the continuous change of dental caries.Early caries embody as demineralization under the complete surface layer of enamel.To take the conservative interventions,can terminate the progress of dental caries,so as to maintain the integrity of the tooth.The treatment of dysplasia teeth has its particularity.Conventional root canal therapy cannot entirely control the infection.With the development of science and technology,such like infiltration resin,MTA and other new technologies or new materials,extend the traditional treatment of dental pulp disease.The application of infiltration resin in the treatment of early caries can achieve minimally invasive and meet the aesthetic requirements of patients.MTA is widely used in the repair of perforation,the root tip barrier,etc.It expand the indications of root canal therapy,increasing the possibility of preserving affected tooth.In this paper,the application of infiltration resin technique and MTA materials in the treatment of early caries and endodontic diseases casued by dysplastic are discussed.There will also have a discussion of the etiology and other treatments like cold light whitening technique and resin layer repair technique in each case.The first one is a patient after orthodontic treatment.Application of cold light whitening technique in the anterior teeth has improved the color of teeth.Then treat the early caries with infiltration resin and repair the 11 ? 21 adjacent caries with resin layer repair technique.The second one is about enamel hypoplasia.The inflammation of accessory root canal cause the 36 furcation area shadow and lingual fistula.After conventional root canal therapy and accessory root canal MTA repairation,the crown restoration was performed.Finally,use resin restore the anterior teeth to a normal tooth morphology.The third case is 35 periradicular cyst caused by abnormal central cusp,the cyst invaded the adjacent teeth and nerve.Root surgery followed by 35 MTA barrier technique and 36 conventional root canal therapy.The crown of tooth repaired by resin.Case four is similar to case three,using MTA barrier technique,then resin finish 45 crown restoration.
