Objective: Correct and reconstruct nialoccl usion with pliotocu-rable composite resin, seek methods of malocclusion correctionand reconstruction. Methods: Keep 148 patients with maloccl-usion and 168 patients with deep overbite in 2 groupsi.mak)cclu-sion and deep overbite). Malocclusion group: clean and pickleupper teeth, insert a slanted plate to move upper tccth towardsthe lip and lower teech towards tongue so as to restore the teethto the normal dentition, adjust the lip to the form of dental cro-wn and the tongue to a smooth slope of 45 degrees. After thecorrection of malocclusion, the teeth will be reshaped with co-mposite resin to normal appearance. Deep overbite group:prepare simple maxillary pad with labial arch using mouthmodel, the labial arch across the canine teeth.the pad covers1mm of gum of teeth 6.5盠LU.? extend the pad to maxillaryNo.2 grinding tooth, pull it with rubber band, after 6 monthsof treatment, remove the pad and hook and shape the teeth.Result:Dental arch arrays beautifully. The deep overbite isbasically corrected to normal occlusion, the jaw is full. it~3rate of correction can reach 95.24 percent and its rate of per-fective photocurable correction and beauty enhancement is93.39 percent. Conclusion: Photocurable composite resin isthe ideal material for the correction of malocclusion whichresulting beauty enhancement. Thecorrection of malocclusionshould be carried out as early as possible since protedtion ofpermanent teeth is of profound significance for the healthygrowth of oral cavity and jaw.
