?Objective? To explore the risk factors of stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP)in acute ischemic stroke patients.?Methods? We analyzed clinical data retrospectively of 174 patients with ischemic stroke, and divided the cases into pneumonia group and non-pneumonia group according to the presence or the absence of stroke-associated pneumonia. We made a comparison of gender, age, infarction lensions, lung disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, smoking, history of ischemic stroke, family history of ischemic stroke, hemorrhage transformation, other arrhythmia, dysarthria, dysphagia, conscious disturbance,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score(NIHSS),Glasgow Coma scale(GCS),Hb A1 c,TG,TCHO,HDL-C,LDL-C,FIB,HCY between two groups.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to explore independent risk factors for SAP.?Results? The incidence of SAP in 174 patients with acute ischemic stroke was 25.7%.By Logistic regression analysis, coronary heart disease(P=0.004,OR=11.551),dysphagia(P=0.003,OR=5.173),GCS?10(P=0.027,OR=7.021)and FIB>4mmol/L(P=0.003,OR=7.202)were independent risk factors for SAP in acute ischemic stroke patients.?Conclusion? It was multi-factors that attributed to developing SAP in acute ischemic stroke patients.Coronary heart disease,dysphagia,GCS?10 and FIB>4mmol/L were independent risk factors for SAP in in acute ischemic stroke patients.
