Performance management is an important part in modern hospital management,which plays a great role in promoting development of hospital.Under the background of medical system reform in China,the domestic hospital competition is more and more intense in recent years.If the survival and development of public hospital to get a better opportunity,it needs to establish an effective performance management system to maintain effective competition in a market economy environment.In recent years,with the deepening of the medical system reform in Quanzhou,the civilian battalion hospital received comprehensive development,while the competitiveness is also growing,which resulting in public hospital facing the constantly enhanced pressure of competition.Therefore,Quanzhou public hospitals need to establish a set of complete performance evaluation system of the hospital staff to gain a foothold in the growing industry competition.Taking The First Hospital of Quanzhou as a case,this paper comprehensively analyses the problems of public hospital performance evaluation in our country,and puts forward specific solutions to solve these problems through six chapters content.The first two chapters of Article expounds the background and the significance of this paper and overview the related theory involved from the theoretical level.The third chapter analyzes the present situation and the analysis of causes of performance appraisal of the First Hospital of Quanzhoul.This paper argues that performance evaluation problems of quanzhou public hospital are as follows: job analysis is not science,evaluation index system,formulate scientific way,evaluation set is not science,performance feedback,communication mechanism,performance evaluation of strategic position setting is not scientific and so on.The main reason is job complexity is difficult to quantitative evaluation,lack of professional talent team,the lack of scientific and advanced performance index system and evaluation method,lack of form a complete set of incentives and other factors.The fourth chapter use the experience of Peking union medical college hospital and Shanghai zhongshan hospital performance evaluation for reference,for the development of quanzhou public hospital performance evaluation system to lay the foundation.on this basis,the fifth chapter puts forward a set of complete in Quanzhou public hospital performance evaluation scheme,including the objective,content and method of setting,job analysis,the design of evaluation index and its weights,the establishment of dynamic communication feedback mechanism and performance management on the implementation of supporting measures and implementation strategy,etc.Chapter 6 of article summarized and put forward the shortage and outlook of this writing.
