| Objective:To find the main problems by investigating the knowledge about cancer prevention of rural residents in a town,Shanxi Province,and the present situation of cancer-related behavior risk factors in daily life.So as to provide theoretical basis for further targeted intervention,to provide reference basis for relevant departments developing cancer prevention strategies,and then to achieve the goal of cancer prevention and control.Methods:Three villages were selected using three-stage random sampling method in a town in Shanxi Province.Then,one village was randomly selected in each town,and 200 rural residents were randomly selected for each questionnaire.The questionnaire was self-designed,and the main contents of the questionnaire were divided into demographic characteristics,cancer prevention knowledge,related behavior risk factors(smoking,drinking,physical exercise,diet).The questionnaire was filled out by the residents themselves,the residents who can not fill out the questionnaire will be helped to fill out by investigators.After the questionnaire was collected,the Epidata3.1 software was used to carry out the double data entry and the consistency test.The SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical description,single factor and multivariate statistical analysis.The AMOS17.0software was used for the analysis of the structural equation model.Results:1.A total of 600 rural residents were surveyed,588 valid questionnaires were obtained,the effective rate was 98.0%.If the awareness rate of cancer prevention knowledge among rural residents in Shanxi Province is divided into three grades: high,medium and low,the proportion of each level was 62.93%,31.46% and 5.61% respectively.Among them,the "smoking,drinking can increase the risk of cancer," the highest awareness rate was 89.46%,"cancer can be prevented","bad lifestyle and behavior and cancer-related" awareness rate was 66.67%,84.01%.The main factors influencing the awareness of cancer prevention knowledge are gender,age and family history.2.The smoking rate of rural residents in a town of Shanxi Province was 37.59%,the main influencing factors were sex and marital status;The passive smoking rate was73.81%,the main influencing factors were sex and family history;The drinking rate was38.85%,the main influencing factors were gender,age,monthly income,Smoking;lack of exercise rate was 49.32%,the main influencing factors for the prevention of cancer prevention knowledge score and degree of education;Dietary taste of salt salt rate was9.86%,the main influencing factors for cancer prevention knowledge score;The proportion of the greasy diet was 14.80%,the main influencing factors were monthly income,BMI and family history;The proportion of those who eat hot food was 10.20%,the main influencing factors were family history;The proportion of fresh vegetables was3.91%,the main influencing factors were marital status;The fresh fruit intake was 5.95%,and the main influencing factors were marital status and BMI;The proportion of undernourishment of eggs and dairy products was 18.03%,the main influencing factors were marital status;The proportion of daily intake of meat was 29.42%,the main influencing factor was monthly income;The proportion of pickled products per day was22.62%,the main influencing factor was cancer prevention knowledge score.3.Structural model analysis shows that demographic characteristics not only directly affect the behavioral risk factors,but also indirectly affect the behavioral risk factors through the effect of awareness of cancer prevention knowledge.The greatest impact on cancer risk factors is demographic characteristics,followed by cancer prevention knowledge scores.Conclusions:The awareness rate of cancer prevention knowledge of rural residents in this town of Shanxi Province was high,but risk factors were ubiquitous,including smoking,drinking,lack of physical exercise and irrational diet.It is recommended to help them establish healthy beliefs and develop healthy lifestyles through health education and behavioral interventions.Smoking cessation,alcohol limit,reasonable diet and active physicalexercise are also advocated to strengthen the prevention and control of cancer and its risk factors. |
