Objective:To investigate the status of emotional intelligence in early childhood depression patients in Taiyuan,and to explore the influence of personality and childhood abuse on emotional intelligence,then to construct a scientific and feasible emotional intelligence health education curriculum and observe its effect.Methods:1.Research study: Form September 2015 to September 2016,a total of 150 early adult patients with depressive disorder were selected by convenience sampling and were surveyed by questionnaires,to know the present status of early adulthood of depression's emotional intelligence,personality and Childhood abuse;paired survey: Matched controls were the healthy people strictly according to 1:1 pair-matching,living in the same area with the same gender,educational level and marriage status,less than 3 years of age difference;To analyze the factors of emotional intelligence and its interaction in the early adulthood of depression;The difference of emotional intelligence between patients with depressive disorder and matched controls were observed.2.Curriculum development: On the basis of the half year clinical pre experiment,we optimized the content of nursing health education in the clinical pathway of patients with depression,and constructed the model of emotional intelligence group.On this basis,the research group repeatedly demonstrated the research and design of the "depression emotional intelligence health education curriculum," multimedia courses,80 minutes each time,a total of 4 times.3.Intervention study: On the basis of previous work,Sixty early adulthood of depression patients were divided into two groups according to the method of random grouping,30 cases in each group.The experimental group received emotional intelligencegroup education and the control group received tradional health education.The outcomes were evaluated using the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Emotional Intelligence scale(EIS).The effect was evaluated by the method of group comparison and self-control,and the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0Results:1.Survey findings: The total score of emotional intelligence in patients with depressive disorder is 3.53±0.43,the dimensions of emotional intelligence and total scores were significantly lower than those of healthy people(P<0.01);No significant difference quantity was found in gender,age,educational level and area.There were significant differences in marriage status on other management(t=-2.18,P<0.05),and the score on other management of married person(3.75±0.70)is significantly higher than unmarried people(3.51±0.63);self management differences exist in different incidence times(t=-2.14,p<0.05),and the score on self management of recurrence of patients(3.61±0.55)is significantly higher than first patients(3.34±0.59);There was a difference in emotional use in the family history(t=-2.06,P<0.05),in which the family history of patients with emotional use score(3.88±0.55)was significantly higher than those without family history(3.61±0.53);patients' s emotional intelligence and personality have a significant correlation with childhood abuse.That is,the total score of emotional intelligence and emotional perception,self-management,and other management are negatively correlated with mental quality(P<0.05,P<0.01),emotional neglect was negatively correlated with the total score of emotional intelligence(P<0.05).And internal and external,mental,physical neglect,the number of different onset can predict the self management,and jointly explain the management of self variation of 26.5%.2.Intervention study results(1)The results of the survey of early adulthood of depression between test group and control group: the test group and the control group had no difference in emotional intelligence and HAMD(P>0.05).(2)The survey results between the test group and the control group of prognosis of patients' emotional intelligence:emotion perception in the experimental group was significantly higher than this of the control(P<0.05),in other dimensions,the intervention(3)group had higher scores than the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The score of HAMD had lower scores than the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).(4)The results of the survey of patients' emotional intelligence tests before and after intervention: Scores of the total scale of Emotional Intelligence Scale and the factors of emotion perception,self management and other management in Emotional Intelligence Scale and the score of Hamilton Depression Scale were significantly higher in the experimental group than baseline(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the dimensions of emotional use(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The emotional intelligence of patients was significantly lower than that of healthy people.There were significant differences in marital status,incidence times and family history.The emotional intelligence level of these patients was to be further improved.2.Internal and external,emotional instability,mental and emotional neglect affect the emotional intelligence of patients with depression3.The intervention of "Emotional Intelligence and Health Education Course" significantly improved the level of emotional intelligence in patients,and the depression in the intervention group was more improved than that in the control group.4.patient and family membersare good feedback on the curriculum,helping patients and family members to perceive and think about emotional intelligence from parent-child relationships.Thereby enhancing parent-child links to promote family relationships,enhance their emotional intelligence,and migrate to other relationships5."Emotional Intelligence and Health Education Course" refine the connotation of nursing path,activate the nurses' psychological skills application,and enhance the psychological nursing level of psychiatric nurses.
