Objective: 1.To investigate the incidence and types of childhood trauma in 322 children in Yuelu District,Changsha City;To analyze the effects of childhood trauma on emotional disorders such as anxiety,depression and lack of pleasure in children.Methods: In this study,one school is randomly selected in Yuelu District,suburb and rural areas of Changsha City,and 322 12-16-year-old students were selected by cluster sampling method.The general situation questionnaire and the childhood trauma questionnaire(CTQ),were completed.Child depression scale(CDI),trait anxiety scale(STAI-T)and happy mood experience scale(TEPS).Exclude the important information omissions,fill in the questionnaire content incorrectly,actually collect 318 valid questionnaires,the recovery rate is 98%.Results: 1.The five trauma types of(CTQ),children were physical abuse 11.95%,body neglect 9.75%,emotional abuse 9.12%,emotional neglect 8.81%,sexual abuse 5.66%,according to the Child Trauma questionnaire,the incidence of trauma was 11.95%,9.75%,9.12%,8.81% and 5.66%,respectively.The incidence of physical abuse is the highest.2.The incidence of childhood trauma in different living environment was 32.38% in rural areas,30.19% in suburban areas and 26.17% in urban areas.The incidence of childhood trauma in rural areas was the highest.Through the analysis of different factors,it was found that there was no significant difference in the incidence of childhood trauma and the incidence of different types of trauma between men and women(P<0.05).The negative effects of parent divorce and early separation were significantly different from the incidence of trauma in childhood(P>0.05).Through the correlation analysis of childhood trauma,children's depression,trait anxiety and lack of pleasure,it was found that emotional abuse and total score of CTQ had predictive effect on children's depression.Sexual abuse,emotional neglect and physical neglect had predictive effects on children's anxiety,and physical abuse and total score of CTQ had predictive effects on children's lack of pleasure.Conclusions: 1.There was no significant difference in the total incidence of trauma in childhood and the incidence of different types of trauma between sexes.2.The occurrence of childhood trauma is related to children's long-term living environment,parents' divorce,negative effects of early separation and so on.3.Childhood trauma has a negative impact on emotional disorders such as depression,anxiety,and lack of pleasure in children.
