Objective:To investigate the bacterial distribution and drug sensitivity characteristics of intracranial infection of the nasal source, the relationship between bacteri distribalution and chronic sinusitis patients, and provide clinical basis for early antibiotic treatment.Method:Collect the bacterial culture data of pus or cerebrospinal fluid for positive rhinogenic intracranial infection patients in our hospital department of neurosurgery from January 2009 to January 2017,and nasal swab bacterial culture positive data for chronic sinusitis patients from Department of ENT in our hospital from April 2016 to January2017,to analyse the relationship of two data sets of pathogen of bacterial distribution and drug sensitivity.Results:5 cases of patients with rhinogenic intracranial infection have 5 plants pathogenic bacteria,4 plants of gram positive bacteria were enterococcus faecalis?treptococcus viridans?corynebacterium;the coagulase negative staphylococcus has1 plant(lebsiella pneumonia);42 patients with chronic sinusitis have 57 plants of athogenic bacteria among them,15 patients with mixed two bacterial infections, gram positive bacteria were49 plants, including 29 plants of Staphylococcus,8 plants of gram negative bacteria. Two groups of patients with bacteriological distribution has correlation, gram positive bacteria were highly sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid, and has a high resistance rate toerythromycin.Conclusion:1.The gram positive bacteria are the main pathogenic bacterias of rhinogenic intracranial infection and chronic sinusitis, with gram negative bacteria also occupying a certain proportion,.when empiric treatment in clinic,we should both consider the gram positive bacteria and gram negative bacteria of and the drug sensitivity and resistance.2.The two groups of diseases were highly sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid, and has a high resistance rate to erythromycin, empiric treatment should consider the drug sensitivity and resistance.3.The constituent ratio of pathogens of gram positive bacteria and gram negative bacteria between rhinogenic intracranial infection and chronic sinusitis has no statistical significance.
