Objective:By comparing the pregnancy outcome(such as full-term pregnancy body mass index(BMI),the incidence of Pregnancy complications, childbirth way, labor time, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,1min Apgar score, the incidence of macrosomia and breastfeeding rate of 24 hours postpartum)of two groups of people who has accepted health education during pregnancy and not accepted health education during pregnancy,we will understand the impact of health education during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome. It provides powerful basis for the the development of school of pregnant women and a reference basis for improving maternal and child health, which ensures quality of pregnant women and infants. Methods:Select 411 cases of pregnant women who has accepted the health education during pregnancy and given birth to a child in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 as Observation group.Select 406 cases of pregnant women who has not accepted the health education during pregnancy but given birth to a child in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 as control group. These people meet the following criteria:(1)the age of 20-35 years old;(2)delivery gestational age 37-42 weeks;(3)first-time mothers;(4)singletons and Cephalic presentation;(5)Before getting pregnant without complications.By comparing the pregnancy outcome(such as full-term pregnancy body mass index(BMI),the incidence of Pregnancy complications, childbirth way, labor time, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,1min Apgar score, the incidence of macrosomia andbreastfeeding rate of 24 hours postpartum)of two groups of people who has accepted health education during pregnancy and not accepted health education during pregnancy,we will understand the impact of health education during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome.Results:(1)The comparison of two groups of Full term pregnancy body mass index:full-term pregnancy body mass index of observing group is lower than the control group,The more similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05);(2)The comparison of two groups of pregnant complications occurrence: The incidence of complications(such as anemia, gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy)in observation group is lower than the control group,The more similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P <0.05);(3)The comparison of Two groups of pregnant women childbirth way:Natural birth rate in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the rate of cesarean section and vaginal birth rates significantly lower than that of the control group,The more similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05);(4)The comparison of two groups of reason of cesarean section:the incidence of Social factors caesarean section is lower than the control group,The more similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05);(5)The comparison of Two groups of labor time:the first labor time and the second labor time in observation group was obviously shorter than the control group.the total labor is shorter than the control group,The more similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05);(6)The comparison of Two groups of neonatal situation:neonatal Apgar score(less than eight points)of observation group incidence is lower than the control group.the incidence of macrosomia is lower than the control group. But P > 0.05 and the differencewas not significant. It may be associated with other factors. The sample size of the institute is limited.Further increasing the sample size, and further research is necessary.(7)The comparison of two groups of postpartum hemorrhage and breastfeeding of24 hours postpartum:the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group is lower than the control group,The more similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05);breastfeeding rate of 24 hours postpartum of observation group incidence is significantly higher than the control group,The more similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Accepting prenatal health education can control weight during pregnancy, reduce full-term pregnancy body mass index, and reduce the occurrence of complications during pregnancy.(2)Accepting prenatal health education can improve rate of natural birth and deceases the rate of cesarean section, particularly reduces social factors cesarean section.(3)Accepting prenatal health education can shorten labor, and reduce the incidence of difficult labour, midwifery and postpartum hemorrhage.(4)Accepting prenatal health education can increase the rate of breastfeeding.
