Analysis Of Prognostic Factors Of TACE In 101 Patients With Primary Liver Cancer

Objective:Analysis the factors that may influence the prognosis of TACE,to find out the factors that influence the prognosis,and to provide the basis for evaluating the prognosis of patients and improving the therapeutic effect of TACE.Methods:Univariate analysis: sex,age,tumor size,Milan Criteria,times of TACE,AFP,classification of liver function,BCLC staging,combined treatment,portal vein thrombosis,arteriovenous fistula,deposition of lipiodol,it found that the factors affecting the prognosis were tumor size,Milan Criteria,times of TACE,treatment,portal vein tumor thrombus,arteriovenous fistula,deposition of lipiodol,BCLC staging,the value of AFP,classification of liver function and then analysis of these possible factors by Multivariate analysis.Results:The results show that the factors has important significance to prognosis were times of TACE,BCLC staging and combined treatment.Conclusion : TACE plays an important role in the treatment of early,middle and advanced liver cancer.There are many factors influencing the prognosis of TACE therapy.The more times of TACE treatment,lower BCLC staging and combined therapy have a better prognosis for patients.
