ObjectiveAfter observing and analyzing the short-term curative effect and long-term curative effect of both transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) and TACE combined secondary operation, evaluated the curative effects of the two treating methods and discussed the profound factors which influenced the long-term curative effect in order to offer reference to the prognostic evaluation of interventional treatment and combination treatment.MethodFirstly, analyzed59cases in which patients were treated with TACE or TACE combined secondary operation in the second affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University from2009to2011. Secondly, recorded the clinical data of patients including general conditions, clinical symptoms and clinical signs. Thirdly, evaluated the differences of the two treatments in terms of the short-term curative effect and survival rates through adopting the chi-square test and Fisher’s Exact test and finally got the factors which influenced the curative effect of TACE by line single factor and COX multiple regression analysis. Results Through the clinical observation and following-up analysis, got the result that the accumulated survival rate in one year was76.3%,33.9%in two years, and17%in three years. Compared with TACE, TACE combined secondary operation was much more effective in the short-term treatment and can prolong the survival rate in long-term treatment. Single factor analysis showed that eight factors relates with the curative effect of PHC, such as age, liver function classification, before treatment AFP and the loss degree of AFP value after treament, arteriovenous fistula, tumor number, iodine oil deposition, treatment methods, etc. However, COX multi-factor analysis showed that age, AFP, arteriovenous fistula, tumor number, iodine oil deposition, treatment methods were the independent factors.ConclusionsCompared the two groups, reached a conclusion that under the treatment of TACE combined secondary operation, the short-term curative effect had been improved and the long-term survival period had been prolonged, what’s more, age, before treatment AFP and the loss degree of AFP value after treament, arteriovenous fistula, tumor number, iodine oil deposition, treatment methods were the independent factors which influenced TACE clinical curative effect.
