The Research On The Current Situation Of Outpatient Treatment And Its Resource Optimization In A Class 3A Children’s Hospital

Objective: To provide a reference for the children’s outpatient treatment and reasonable diagnosis and treatment,and to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of hospital outpatient medical resources through the study of outpatient information mining in a class 3A children’s hospital in 2015,to understand the current situation and characteristics of outpatient visits in children.Methods:(1)literature research method: China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Weipu database and other website information are used to understand and do information collection about the outpatient resources allocation and optimization of the policies,implementation,way.⑵ data mining method: SQL Server 2008 R2 was used for information extraction in outpatient visits in 2015 retrospective research.According to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10),a diagnosis of disease classification statistics was made on the outpatient clinic.⑶ statistical analysis: The chi-square test and single factor analysis of variance and multiple stepwise regression analysis were made by the SPSS19.0 software and SAS9.2 software respectively.Results:(1)A total of 2.41 million of the visits in hospital in 2015,the top three Systemic diseases are respiratory diseases,symptoms and signs abnormalities,digestive diseases in outpatient,the top five diseases are acute upper respiratory tract infection,acute bronchitis,healthy examination,pneumonia,acute Asthmatic bronchitis.The peak time in the May to July and October to December,the peak age group at 1 year old ~.(2)The average waiting time is(42.24 ± 44.70)minutes,the difference in the average waiting time was statistically significant(age,patient source,type of treatment,season,week,time,department,Physician title)(P<0.0001).Conclusion: The situation of children in the children’s hospitals showed a large number of visits,an unreasonable treatment structure of disease,a long waiting time for treatment.The factors affecting children’s health are given priority to with common frequently-occurring disease,and different diseases have different characteristics of seasons and ages.Treatment type,registered department,and physician title become the main factors in waiting time for treatment.
