Study On The Present Situation And Management System Of Penumoconiosis In A District Of Chongqingin 2016

Objectives: Understanding of a district of Chongqing city of pneumoconiosis and management system of the status quo,and analyze the cause of the high incidence of pneumoconiosis,puts forward how to reduce the incidence of job control,dust concentration,occupation health management management system implementation suggestion of pneumoconiosis.Methods: This study through the dust dust exposed workers occupation health examination,work air dust concentration detection,dust production enterprise occupation health status questionnaire and occupation health supervision and management personnel interview.Collect data and information.Quantitative data using SPSS17.0 and Excel2007,etc.,and do statistical description analysis,qualitative interviews with the data recorded on the scene,classification and extraction of information.Results: First,the number of occupational health checks in 2016 exposed to dust workers in a district of 302 people,found new cases of pneumoconiosis in the case of the disease,the incidence was 6.62%,and the number of cases was about 20.Dust and dust exposed workers in a certain area are mainly distributed in the manufacturing and mining industries,but mainly in the private sector.Dust concentration of dust in 2016 dust concentration rate was 64.86%.2,the current situation of the management system: on the one hand,some enterprises do not develop occupational health management system,although the majority of enterprises to establish a professional health management system is not complete and the system needs to be improved.On the other hand,there are many problems in the implementation of the system,many systems are not in place.Conclusion: There is a serious problem of dust concentration in the production site of production operation,which is a potential factor leading to high incidence of pneumoconiosis.Lack of enterprise management system and the implementation of the dust is not in place and the dust workers and the lack of awareness of pneumoconiosis lead to high incidence of pneumoconiosis.
