Aesthetic Evaluation Of The Profile Of Adults With Skeletal Class ? Borderline

Objective:The purpose of this study is to predict whether Tweed theory or Andrews theory is suitable for the evaluation of lateral appearance when simple orthodontic treatment and to predict the effect of simple orthodontic treatment,orthodontic assistant Genioplasty and orthognathic treatment on the appearance and beauty of these patients,who are skeletal Class ? adult patients,especially in borderline cases with maxillary retrusion of mandibular protrusion.Methods:1.With skeletal Class ? maxillary retrusion and mandibular protrusion in adult female 1 cases of critical conditions,radiography and take static lateral profiling.2.The score was composed of 35 persons who were selected as orthodontic group(female,male,male,14),and a total of 39 students were selected as non orthodontic group(female with a total of 19 males and a total of 20 males).3.Based on Tweed theory and Andrews theory as the positioning of the incisor,Photoshop CS6 software for the experiment object to image simulation application,obtained 14 profiling.The scale was used to predict the aesthetic appearance to predict the two theories who were more helpful to the aesthetic evaluation of the profile.4.Selecting the Part I experiment the most beautiful profile is quite simple to do on behalf of orthodontic treatment,and to JPF Andrews II elements as the principle,according to the simulation,using the Photoshop CS6 software for lateral profiling assisted surgery,orthodontic assistant Genioplasty and orthognathic treatment,the images collected by the scale mark 'beautiful profile,in order to predict who is more help the profile esthetics evaluation.Results:1.Comparison of simulation results of orthodontic treatment,with higher scores on the Tweed theory for positioning incisor No.4 picture(85 degrees)and No.5(87.5 degrees),drawing on the theory of Andrews positioning incisor and No.11 No.10 picture four map comparison chart,no significant difference,compared with the rest of the difference was significant(P < 0.05),consistent with the scores of the two groups.But low scores for Tweed positioning theory incisor(92.5 degrees)picture No.7 and No.1 picture(77.5 degrees),based on the theory of Andrews positioning incisor No.12 diagram and G+3mm diagram,G+4mm No.13,No.14,fall in the GALL G-2mm behind the line No.8,and the rest of figure compared with significant difference(P < 0.05).2.The results showed that the-8mm(picture E)score was the most beautiful,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The back of the chin tends to be better in the vicinity of the JPF area,and there is a difference between the plots(P < 0.05).3.The results of orthodontic and orthognathic treatment(F)were better than those of orthodontic treatment(picture A),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The overall score of the orthodontic treatment with different doses of Chin movement was higher than that of the orthodontic treatment(picture A),but the effect was better than that of orthognathic treatment(picture F).The difference was significant(P < 0.05).And the grouping of knowledge.Conclusion:1.Skeletal Class ? adult orthodontic treatment in patients with borderline cases,not only by TWeed theory or Andrews theory position of upper and lower incisors incisors,lower incisors often need to be coordinated,mild lingual inclination of upper incisors often need compensatory,mild compensatory labial inclination to help profile appearance,and the upper and lower incisor faciolingual too large the compensation is not conducive to mobile profile esthetics.2.For different chin chin position after the shift back into the JPF area gradually become beautiful.3.The results showed that the orthodontic treatment of different types of orthodontic treatment with different amount of Chin movement was better than that of simple orthodontic treatment.4.Orthodontic assisted chin movement of different chin forming surgery although the effect cannot be completely with the orthodontic and orthognathic treatment compared,but can improve facial appearance and coordination in fundamental pure orthodontic treatment,do not lose the way to cover for a skeletal discrepancy.
