Objective: To investigate the analysis of HBV serological markers of HBs Ab,HBe Ab and HBc Ab positive influencing factors in infants and follow up to understand the changes of HBs Ab,HBe Ab,HBc Ab,so as to provide reference for clinical work,At the same time to allow clinicians to further understand the OBI,so that people with latent HBV infection was intervened early.Methods:A total of 5968 infants younger than June were selected from the children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in2014.1.1-2016.11.30.All their HBV serological markers test results which were HBs Ab,HBe Ab,HBc Ab positive.Collected the basic information of infants whose mothers were HBV infection,which were hepatitis B vaccination,HBIG,maternal hepatitis B virus carrying status,delivery mode and feeding mode and so on,Part of the subjects were followed up,and retrospectively analysis all the datas.Results:1.Among all the infants,the proportion of newborns was 69.1%(4121/5968),and the HBV positive rate of mother was13.4%(796/5968),There were a significant difference in infants of HBs Ab,HBe Ab and HBc Ab titers between HBs Ag positive mothers and HBs Ag negative mothers(P < 0.05).2.Multiple regression analysis of HBs Ab,HBe Ab,HBc Ab positive factors of 721 infants with HBV infection mother showed that there was a significant negative correlation between maternal hepatitis B virus carrying status and HBs Ab titer,Taking the mother with HBs Ag(+),HBe Ag(+)and HBc Ab(+)as the reference,the regression coefficient of the mother of HBs Ag(+)and HBs Ab was-0.249(P=0.001<0.05),the regression coefficient of the mother of HBs Ag(+),HBe Ab(+)and HBc Ab(+)and HBs Ab was-0.406(P<0.001),The results showed that HBs Ab titer of infants whose mothers were HBs Ag(+),HBe Ab(+),HBc Ab(+)and HBs Ag(+)was lower than those whose mothers were HBs Ag(+),HBe Ab(+)and HBc Ab(+).The effects of other variables on HBs Ab were not statistically significant.The age of the infantts had significant positive correlation with the HBe Ab titer(?=0.195,P<0.001),and the older the age,the higher the HBe Ab titer.Maternal hepatitis B virus carrying status had a significant negative correlation with the HBe Ab titer,Taking the mother with HBs Ag(+),HBe Ag(+)and HBc Ab(+)as the reference,the regression coefficient of the mother of HBs Ag(+)and HBe Ab was-0.377(P<0.001),the regression coefficient of the mothers of HBs Ag(+),HBe Ab(+)and HBc Ab(+)and HBe Ab was-0.448(P<0.001),It is indicated that the HBe Ab titer of infants whose mothers were HBs Ag(+),HBe Ag(+)and HBc Ab(+)was higher than that of infants whose mothers were HBs Ag(+),HBe Ab(+),HBc Ab(+)and HBs Ag(+).The effects of other variables on HBs Ab were not statistically significant.The age of the infants had significant negative correlation with HBc Ab titer(?=-0.377,P<0.001),and the older the age,the lower the HBc Ab titer,The age of the mother had significant positive correlation with the HBc Ab titer(?=0.098,P=0.011<0.05),the older the age,the higher the HBc Ab.Taking tthe mother with HBs Ag(+),HBe Ag(+)and HBc Ab(+)as the reference,There was significant negative correlation between the mothers of HBs Ag(+)and HBc Ab(?=-0.204,P=0.004<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the effect of the mothers of HBs Ag(+),HBe Ab(+)and HBc Ab(+)on HBc Ab.the HBc Ab titer of mothers of HBs Ag(+)was lower than that of the mother HBs Ag(+),HBe Ag(+)and HBc Ab(+).The effects of other variables on HBc Ab were not statistically significant.3.Collect the HBV DNA tests of 78 infants,two of whom HBV DNA tests were positive,One was followed up to one year four month,HBV DNA was disappeared.4.52 followers,males 31 and females 21,Average age was 2.4 yearold.Among all followers,HBc Ab was positive in just one children,the others' HBe Ab and HBc Ab were negative.Conclusion:1.Among all infants,HBs Ab,HBe Ab,HBc Ab positive mode were most common in neonates.HBe Ab and HBc Ab titers of the infants with mothers HBV infection were higher than that of infants without mothers HBV infection,however,HBs Ab titer was lower than that of infants without mothers HBV infection.2.Maternal hepatitis B virus carrying status can affect the infant HBs Ab,HBe Ab,HBc Ab titers,With the age growing up,HBe Ab,HBc Ab titer gradually decreased,most of them had the negative trend.3.The HBV serological markers of Infants with mothers HBV infection were HBs Ag(-)and HBs Ab(+),but the detection of serum HBV DNA positive,It suggests that the immune block may still exist the occult hepatitis B virus infection,suggestions for infants born to HBs Ag positive mothers after immuno blocking,In addition to serological tests,HBV DNA should be detected if having the conditions,HBs Ag negative but HBV DNA positive infants should be regularly followed up.4.Among the followers,the HBe Ab and HBc Ab titers had the negative trend in most infants.the HBs Ab titer was lower than than before follow-up in most infants,and exsit immune response failure or low response.
