Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D]in ischemic stroke patients with post-stroke fatigue(PSF)and the intervention of vitamin D3(VD3)on the rehabilitation of neurological function.Methods Collected acute ischemic stroke patients hospitalized in neurology department of Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University during January 2018 and December 019.According to the fatigue severity scale(fatigue severity scale,FSS)score divided them into two groups,the PSF patients as study group and the patients without fatigue as case control group.Collected age and sex matched healthy subjects as normal control group(NC group);The general information of the three groups were collected.The single factor and multivariate analysis were used to determine the risk factors of PSF.All subjects were evaluated by the NIHSS scale,FMA scale and FSS score.Blood samples of all subjects were collected,and measured the serum 25(OH)D level.The patients in study group were randomly divided into PSF-A and PSF-B group.The A group patients took vitamin D3(VD3) for 90 days,in a dosage of 400 IU per day.And then analyzed the difference of 25(OH)D,FSS score,FMA score between A and B group.Results The level of serum 25(OH)D in the study group and the case control group was significantly lower than the NC group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score and FSS score othe study group were higher than that of the case control group,while the FMA score and serum 25(OH)D of the study group were lower than that of the case control group(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis result showed that the NIHSS score and FSS score were independent risk factors for PSF,while the FMA score and serum 25(OH)D were protective factors(P<0.05).The more severe the PSF,the FSS and NIHSS scores were increased,while FMA scores and serum25(OH)D were decreased(P<0.05).The serum 25(OH)D was negatively correlated with FSS score and NIHSS score(P<0.05),and positively correlated with FMA score(P<0.05).After follow up 90 days,the A group’s FSS and NIHSS score are significantly lower than B group,while the FMA score and serum 25(OH)D level is higher than B group.Conclusion1.The decrease of Vitamin D may play a role in the occurrence and development of PSF,and may cause bad recover.2.Supply VD3 can relieve the symptom,and good for the neural and functional recover.
