ObjectiveTo analyze the thrombelastography(TEG)outcomes in patients with diabetes mellitus combining coronary heart disease.MethodsA total of 197 cardiovascular patients treated in the department of cardiology,First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from 2016-01 to 2016-12 were randomized into 2 groups: CHD+DM group,n=133 and CHD-DM group,n=64.Routine clinical examination and TEG test were performed and compared between 2 groups.ResultsThe parameters of as age, gender, height, weight,BMI and the drug were similar between 2 groups,P>0.05.The major TEG parameters as coagulation factor R activity and fibrinogen K function,Angle function,MA,fibrinogen, platelet aggregation,EPL fibrinolytic function and LY30 fibrinolytic function residual platelet function,MAADP value,Fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, platelet count,fibrinogen,LDL-C and allergic CRP were obviously different between 2 groups,P<0.05,while the AA inhibition rate was similar,P >0.05.ADP inhibition rate was different between 2 groups,P<0.05.Multiple regression analysis presented that with controlled relevant factors,DM was still related to R,K,Angle,Ma,EPL,LY30,MAADP,P<0.05.ConclusionThe CHD patients combining DM existed hyper-coagulation status, involving a risk of thromboembolism, and this group with lower inhibition rate, needed intensive post-operative anti-platelet therapy.
