Objective By determining the first and secondary bone metabolic markers for pregnant women,pregnancy levels to realize pregnant women in bone mineral density values of bone status and fetal long bone development situation at the same time,analysis the pregnancy number will affect fetal long bone and pregnant women to their bone density.Methods Randomly selected from February 2016 to December 2016 in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital for treatment of 504 cases of pregnant women,according to the exclusion standard out of 16 cases,the remaining 504 cases as the research object.According to the number of pregnancy can be divided into two groups,455 cases of first pregnancy,49 cases of secondary pregnancy.Respectively on two groups of bone metabolic markers,fetal bone numerical comparative analysis.Which had reached 1 year appear the waist sour backache,calf cramps,a total of 104 cases of maternal,93 cases of first pregnancy,13 cases of secondary pregnancy,compared the two groups before pregnancy,postpartum 3 months,who had reached 1 year of bone mineral density.Results 1.The age of second pregnancy group were greater than the first pregnancy group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and gestational age there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The first pregnancy group and the second the levels of vitamin D pregnancy group were less than normal(?30 ng/ml),compared two groups of vitamin D levels,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.First pregnancy group and second pregnancy serum calcium,phosphorus,magnesium levels in comparison,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).4.The first group of CTX-1 pregnancy,PINP levels compared with secondary pregnancy group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).5.First pregnancy group and the second pregnancy fetal femur is compared between way,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).6.The secondary pregnancy group for the first time,for the first time after 3 months before pregnancy,the first time after 1 year of bone mineral density values are inferior to the first pregnancy group,two groups compare difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.The number of times for pregnancy pregnant women vitamin D?Ca?P?Mg?CTX – 1?PINP levels and fetal development of long bone had not affect.2.The number of times of pregnancy pregnant women pregnancy itself influence bone density value,and after 3 months pregnant women value at the lowest level of bone mineral density.
