Research On Therapeutic Evaluation Of Hui Medicine Manipulation Technique In Treating Frozen Shoulder

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effects of frozen shoulder treated by Hui Medicine Manipulation Technique.Method200 case of frozen shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group,treated with Hui Medicine Manipulation Technique,and control group,treated with traditional Chinese Manipulation Technique.The scores of range of motion(ROM),activities of daily living(ADL),visual analogue scale(VAS),total efficiency marks and so on were evaluated before treatment,after treatment and after treatment 2 months.Result1.range of motion(ROM)Range of motion after treatment and after treatment 2 months,two groups scores showed significant improvement(P < 0.05).The scores of treatment group were higher than control group after treatment and after treatment 2 months(P<0.05).2.visual analogue scaleVisual analogue scale after treatment and after treatment 2 months,two groups scores showed significant improvement(P<0.05).The scores of treatment group were higher than control group after treatment(P<0.05).3.activities of daily living(ADL)Activities of daily living after treatment and after treatment 2 months,two groups scores showed significant improvement(P<0.05).The scores of treatment group were higher than control group after treatment and after treatment 2 months(P<0.05)4.safety assessmentThe results of safety assessment of two groups had not shown significant difference(P>0.05),two kinds of manipulations,both are safe to patients with frozen shoulder.ConclusionHui Medicine Manipulation Technique have definite effect on treatment of frozen shoulder.For activities of daily living,visual analogue scale and range of motion,Hui Medicine Manipulation Technique was superior to Traditional Chinese Manipulation.Hui Medicine Manipulation Technique has worth of clinical application.
