The evaluation of hospital satisfaction is an important indicator of hospital service quality,The satisfaction analysis of hospital patients is helpful to improve the technical level and service quality of hospitals,and is beneficial to the development and innovation of medical industry in china.This study is based on the hospital patient satisfaction analysis project of third party management company of Chongqing hospital,the purpose of this study is to find out the problems existing in the hospital by analyzing the patient satisfaction of a hospital,so as to provide some suggestions for the improvement of the hospital.The main work and achievements obtained are as follows:First,patient satisfaction analysis.A sampling survey was conducted at a 3A hospital in Chongqing.This paper starts from the questionnaire design,questionnaire mainly includes the information technology level of patient satisfaction and hospital service quality,a questionnaire containing 45 purposes was designed,the questionnaire was imported into the mobile flat panel equipment,and the hospital was divided into 5 departments by stratified sampling,and 869 valid questionnaires were obtained by data pretreatment.In order to verify the reliability and validity of the data,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data were tested.The structural validity of the questionnaire was tested by factor analysis.The results showed that the questionnaire had higher reliability and construct validity.Second,patient satisfaction analysis.In the analysis of satisfaction,it is important to calculate the weight of each index of the quality management module,in order to solve the multicollinearity problem in variables,the principal component estimation method is used to establish the regression model,the validity of the principal component estimation is verified by comparing the Lasso regression results with the principal component estimation results,the model coefficients are normalized as the weight of the corresponding quality management module,the weighted sum of each module is obtained,and the patient satisfaction evaluation model is obtained.Third,conclusions and recommendations,combining the weight of each module with the satisfaction rate of the corresponding questionnaire,it is found that the existing advantages of the hospital are the management module of patient safety,work execution efficiency,informed consent and diagnosis and treatment environment,the module that hospital needs to improve is the diagnosis and treatment,cost performance,cost management,logistics support and security feelings four aspects,for the improvement of the project put forward specific implementation proposals.
