Position emission tomography(PET)and single photon emission computed tomography as two kinds of the most widely used in nuclear medicine imaging technology.Device can get part the organs of metabolic information by injecting radioactive drugs into the body.Nuclear medicine imaging technology provides information to a series of major diseases in early diagnosis and curative effect evaluation.Double-plane “multi-use” nuclear medical imaging system provides two imaging mode and with plane detector.It truly achieve “multi-use” and have a lot of beneficial,like flexible detect condition,a variety of scenarios,high sensitivity,clinical application and generalization.This thesis completed the main research work of double-plane “multi-use” nuclear medical imaging system is as follow:In-depth study and explore a variety of factors affecting the quality of image,including the system uniform of detection efficiency and geometry offset,etc.In this paper,research the physical factors and statistical characteristic of data which influence the quality of image.Within the PET mode,the response consistency of detector response is mainly influenced by geometric efficiency,intrinsic efficiency and the effective distance which photos through the crystal.This paper proposes a normalized correction algorithm which based on the technology of separation of variables.It can spin out the geometry factors and other factors,self-consistent with the image reconstruction algorithm,effectively ease the uneven of image quality and the experiment scheme is simple.Within ? camera mode,we studied the geometry offset which impact on the image and designed a set of geometrical parameters correction algorithm according to the requirements of application scenarios.This algorithm built an exact mapping relationship between projection space and object space.Data modeling by the relationship between the coordinates of projection and geometric error which tilt,offset and twist of detector.We also put forward the detection technology plan of point source mobile and optimizing the image quality by extracting the above error value of geometric parameters.This paper completed the two kinds of working mode of correction algorithm in double plane “multi-use” nuclear medical imaging system.The correction algorithm was applied to the device based on the testing and evaluating of system by GATE simulation.
