Objective:To compare and analyse serum visfatin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes among different nations,observe the change of serum visfatin.Methods:Randomly selected three generations and three generations without intermarriage,in 2015-2016 during the Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital outpatient health examination of 105 cases(no chronic heart disease;liver and kidney function is normal;age is less than 82 years old,more than 25 years old).Including 36 cases of Han nationality,Hui 36 cases,33 cases of Tibetan.At the same time,there were 97 patients with T2 DM who were hospitalized on the 15 th floor of our hospital ward in the period from 2015 to 2016(in line with the current internationally accepted WHO diagnostic criteria(1999),aged less than 80 years,More than 20 years old).Including 34 cases of Han nationality,31 cases of Hui,Tibetan 32 cases.Collecting biochemical and other indicators:SUA?ACR?Hb Alc?LDL-C?TC?HDL-C?TG?FPG?PPG?FINS?Hcy?VD3and so on.The age?sex?height?weight?And the data were analyzed and processed statistically.Results:1?In the same ethnic group,the age in NG and T2 DM group,no statistically significant(P> 0.05).2 ? The proportion of sex among the three ethnic groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05)in NG and T2 DM groups.3?In the control group:(1)visfatin,SUA,TG,PPG,VD3 Hui were higher than the Han nationality,the two were statistically significant;TC,HDL-C Han higher than the Hui,the two were statistically significant.(2)Visfatin,TG,PPG and VD3 were higher than those of Han nationality,the difference was statistically significant.(3)Hb A1 c,TG and HDL-C were higher than those of the Hui nationality,the difference was statistically significant.T2 DM group:(1)Visfatin,Hb A1 c,TG,Hcy,Tibetan higher than the Han,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;(2)TG and FPG were higher than those of Han nationality.There was significant difference between the two groups.(3)Visfatin,Hb A1 c,HDL-C and Hcy were higher than those of the Hui nationality,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;The level of TG was higher than that of Tibetan,and the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between the same ethnic groups:(1)There were significant differences between visfatin,SUA,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,HDL-C,ACR,Hcy,FPG,PPG and VD3 in the same ethnic Han nationality.And SUA,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,HDL-C,ACR,Hcy,FPG,PPG and T2 DM were higher than those in the control group;Visfatin,VD3 control group was higher than T2 DM group.(2)There were significant differences between Hb A1 c,TG,HDL-C,ACR,LDL-C,Hcy,FPG,PPG and VD3 in the same ethnic group.And Hb A1 c,TG,ACR,LDL-C,Hcy,FPG,PPG,T2 DM group were higher than the control group;HDL-C and VD3 control group were higher than T2 DM group.(3)The differences of visfatin,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,HDL-C,ACR,Hcy,FPG,PPG and VD3 were statistically significant in the same ethnic group(P <0.05).And visfatin,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,ACR,Hcy,FPG,PPG,T2 DM group were higher than the control group;HDL-C,VD3 control group was higher than T2 DM group.4?In the non-obese group:(1)FPG in the Hui higher than the Han,the two were statistically significant;(2)The visfatin Tibetan was higher than that of the Han nationality and the Hui nationality,the difference was statistically significant;FPG Hui was higher than that of Tibetan,and there was statistical significance between the two.In the obese group:(1)TG and FPG were higher than those of Han nationality,and there was significant difference between them.(2)Visfatin,HDL-C,Hcy Tibetan higher than Hui,the two were statistically significant;TG was higher than that of Tibetan,and there was significant difference between the two groups.ACR level of Tibetan were higher than the Han nationality,Hui,the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the ethnic group:The ACR of Han,Hui and Tibetan in obese group was higher than that in non-obese group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:There were differences in visfatin levels among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus between different ethnic groups.The visfatin of Tibetan was higher than that of Hui and Han nationality,respectively.Visfatin has a potential link to the pathogenesis of T2 DM,and we may provide a new approach for the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in different countries.
