Objective: according to the essential hypertension(EH)with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)patients serum homocysteine(Hcy)and the degree of arrhythmia results,the concentration of serum Hcy on,arrhythmia and left ventricular hypertrophy is related,EH patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and early disease control process the intervention provides a reliable theoretical basis.Methods: according to the inclusion and the exclusion criteria,select 80 cases in the age of 45 years old-70 years old EH patients(EH group),including group LVH(40 cases)and without LVH group(40 cases),in addition to choose 40 cases of healthy persons as control group were as follows.Treatment of 120 cases of experimental subjects: the record of average 3 times the value of blood pressure,gender,height,weight,age,smoking history,calculate the BMI value;the extracting a small amount of fasting venous blood,detection of Hcy,LDL,HDL,TG,TC levels;the use of color Doppler ultrasound detector to measure cardiac structure,calculate the formula of the left ventricular mass index;the 24 hour dynamic ECG monitoring and record ECG changes,according to statistics,the classification method of arrhythmia results.According to the rhythm abnormalities in three groups of subjects,the results of the serum concentration of Hcy,analyze the two with EH have no association with left ventricular hypertrophy.Statistical analysis of data using SPSS18.0Results: comparison of Hcy concentration in three groups: LVH group,without left ventricular hypertrophy group than in healthy control group,have statistical significance between the groups after difference(P<0.05).Compared with three groups of arrhythmia: the total atrial arrhythmia had no significant difference(P > 0.05);the General Chamber of arrhythmia,Kleiger's and Lown'smore than 3 grade level,LVH group and without LVH group and healthy group differences were statistically significantt(P<0.05),between without LHVgroup and healthy group the difference was not statistically significan(P>0.05).Conclusion: the results from experimental data can be analyzed: the concentration of serum Hcy,LVH and the degree of arrhythmia is associated with the removal of LVH.Other known risk factors,elevated Hcy become new member of.Lvh is one of the important reasons for triggering abnormal heart rhythm risk.
