Objective: 1.To explore the distribution and correlation of Traditional Uyghur syndrome(TUM)types of essential hypertension 2.To study the relationship between essential hypertension and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)in different syndrome types of TUM 3.To study the relationship between essential hypertension and plasma homocysteine(HCY)concentration in different syndrome types of TUM.4.To study the relationship between left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and plasma homocysteine(HCY)concentration. Methods: applying the prospective study method, according to the diagnostic criteria of western and TUM of essential hypertension,200 cases of essential hypertension were selected and the symptoms, signs and the results of modern medical indexes of the patients were collected.According to the standard of syndrome of TUM,the dialectical classification of TUM was carried out,and the thickness of interventricular septum(IVSTd),left ventricular end-diastolic meridian(LVDd)and left ventricular posterior wall thickness((LVPWTd).)were detected. The left ventricular mass fraction((LVMI),was calculated according to Devereux's formula, and the plasma homocysteine(HCY)index concentration was detected. The numerical data were analyzed by variance, and the classified data were tested by chi-square test. Results: 1.among the 372 confirmed cases of essential hypertension, the general data such as age,BMI and sex were compared among the four main TUM classification types. The results showed that there was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).it means two groups are comparable. The general data such as age,BMI,sex and so on were compared among the six subclassification types. The results showed that there was no significant difference in general data among different groups(P>0.05)and confirmed its comparability.2.IVSTd,LVDd,LVPWTd,BSA,LVMI and other indexes were compared among the four main classification types, the results showedthat there was significant difference in LVMI between groups, but there was no significant difference in other indexes between groups(P>0.05).The results of pairwise comparison showed that the value of LVMI in abnormal Balgham group was significantly higher than that in abnormal Sepra group, and there was no significant difference among other groups. The indexes of IVSTd,LVDd,LVPWTd,BSA and LVMI were compared among the six humoral subclassifications. The results showed that there was significant difference in LVMI between groups, but there was no significant difference in other indexes between groups. The results of pairwise comparison showed that the value of LVMI in astringent Balgham group was higher than that in leek color Sepra quality and yellowish Sepra quality, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference among other groups(P > 0.05).3.According to the comparison among the four main classification types, the patients in this study were mainly patients with normal and slightly abnormal HCY,which were related to humoral classification. The results of pairwise comparison showed that the abnormal rate of abnormal Balgham and abnormal Sewda was higher than that of abnormal blood, and there was no significant difference among other humoral types(P > 0.05).The results of pairwise comparison among six kinds of humoral subclassification showed that the abnormal rate of scorched Sewda was higher than that of blood thickening, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among other humoral types(P>0.05).4.The patients in this study were mainly grade 2 and 3 hypertension, which was related to humoral classification(P<0.05).The pairwise comparison showed that the blood pressure grade of abnormal fluid was higher than that of abnormal Sepra, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in other tissue blood pressure grades(P > 0.05).5.The correlation between plasma HCY level and LVMI index was observed by Spearman correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between plasma HCY level and LVMI index(r =0.331,P<0.001).Conclusions: 1.This study found that men are more common than women in the occurrence and development of essential hypertension.2.In the main classification of humoral classification, essential hypertension is mainly caused by abnormal Balgham type, followed by abnormal Sepra type, abnormal blood type is the least;among subtypes,it is easy to occur in astringent Balgham type, followed by leek color Sepra type, egg yolk color Sepra type is the least common.3.This study found that among the four main classifications of humoral classification,LVH was most common in abnormal Balgham type, among 6 subcategories, the astringent Balgham type was more common, the salty Balgham type was the second, and egg yellow Sepra type was the least.4.In this study, the HCY level was mainly in patients with mild abnormalities Comparing Between the main classifications of TUM syndromes, the HCY levels of abnormal Belgham-abnormal Sevda-abnormal Sepra-abnormal Khan types gradually decreased from the distribution pattern of syndrome types. The comparison Between the six sub-categories,the HCY level of astringent Belgham-burnt Sevda-salty Belgham-leek color Sepra-spissus Khan-yolk yellow Sepra types gradually decreased from the distribution pattern of syndrome type.5.The results of this study showed that, among the 372 patients with essential hypertension included in this study, mainly grade 2 and 3 hypertension, and had nothing to do with the humoral classification. In the main classification, the blood pressure grade of abnormal Belgham type was higher than that of abnormal Sepra type.6.the plasma HCY concentration and the LVMI index gets higher at the same level as their correlation.
