Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Different Types Of Parkinson's Disease Patients In Xining Area

Objective: To explore the different clinical types and influencing factors of Parkinson's disease(PD)in Xining area.Methods: By using the method of retrospective survey study,collecting the 631 patients with PD from August 2011 to August 2016 in the Qinghai Provincial Hospital(mean sea level 2,260 meter)were diagnosed.The clinical data were collected and analysed by tremor dominant,Akinetic-Rigid dominant and mixed dominant of three clinical types.By adopted the method of case-control study,we collected the 46 patients of PD in the neurology clinic at Qinghai Provincial Hospital from August 2015 to August 2016,and collected the 46 healthy as control group at the same time.The two groups of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D,homocysteine,folic acid and vitamin B12 levels are measured by chemiluminescent immunoassay.The bone mineral density was detected by the Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(MEDIX90).Results: 1.631 cases of PD patients of three clinical types in middle-high altitude area,tremor dominant in 284 cases(45.0%),Akinetic-Rigid dominant in 169 cases(25.5%),mixed dominant in 186 cases(29.5%).2.In the three clinical types:gender,smoking history,work type,take medicine,sweat,the age of onset,duration,uric acid and low density lipoprotein had significant difference(P < 0.05).The age,nation,drinking history,sleeping,constipation,sialorrhea,anxiety,depression,dementia,hemoglobin,total cholesterol,trigalloyl glycerol,high density lipoprotein and homocysteine had no significant difference.(P>0.05).3.Compared with the mixed in the three clinical types,both uric acid and mental labor were risk factors for Akinetic-Rigid(ORs=1.003,95%CI:1.000-1.005;ORs=2.557,95%CI:1.160-5.636).Compared with the Akinetic-Rigid,low density lipoprotein was a protective factor for tremor(ORs=0.747,95%CI:0.578-0.996).4.Compared with control group,vitamin D,folic acid,bone mineral density of PD group had significantly decreased(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The three clinical types of Parkinson's disease in Xining area were the highest in the same type of tremor dominant,followed by mixed dominant,at least asAkinetic-Rigid dominant.Uric acid and mental work are stiff risk factors,low density lipoprotein is a shock type protective factors.The serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D,folic acid and bone mineral density in patients with Parkinson's disease were significantly lower than those in healthy subjects.
