Objective: Statistical display of a large number of medical data, subclinical hypothyroidism(SCH)promotes the development and development of coronary heart disease by affecting the risk factors of coronary heart disease such as blood lipid, blood sugar, blood pressure and coagulation function, however, the effect of simple SCH on the coronary artery disease has not yet clear, the number of patients with coronary heart disease in high altitude area is increasing year by year, collect and analyze all indicators of coronary heart disease in high altitude area, and get the relationship between thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and severity of coronary artery disease in high altitude area,so as to provide scientific theory evidence for the prevention and intervention of patients with coronary heart disease at high altitude. Methods: A total of 161 cases of coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography in Qinghai People's Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected, male 87 cases, female 74 cases, mean age 66.76 ± 4.32 years. The 161 patients need to improve their blood lipid and thyroid function test.According to the results of coronary angiography were divided into single vessel group, double vessel group and multi vessel group, one vessel disease group 62 cases, male 36 cases, female 26 cases, mean age 66.30 ± 9.48 years, double vessel disease group 55 cases,31 cases were male,24 were female, the average age of 66.73±8.93 years old, multi vessel disease group 44 cases, male 20 cases, female 24 cases, mean age 67.56 ± 7.63 years old. Then the statistical analysis of the corresponding data is carried out. Results: After statistical treatment, the three groups in age, sex, hypertension, diabetes and smoking history compared and blood lipids(total cholesterol(Tc),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)),mean platelet volume(MPV),free thyroxine(FT4),free three iodine thyroid gland originalacid(FT3)no statistically significant differences(P > 0.05),three groups of patients with thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)levels had significant difference(P < 0.05),TSH levels and the Gensini score has significantly positive correlation.Conclusions:1.The TSH level of patients with double vessel coronary artery disease at high altitude is higher than that of single vessel disease. The TSH level of patients with multiple vessel disease is higher than that of single vessel disease and double vessel disease.2.Tthe higher the TSH level is,the higher the Gensini score is,the more severe the coronary artery lesion is.High level TSH may also have a certain impact on the development of coronary heart disease.
