Effect Of Prolonged Hemodiafiltration On Calcium And Phosphorus Removal And Improvement Of Skin Pruritus

Objective:To observe the effect of different HDF on the clearance of serum Ca,P and the improvement of skin itching.To develop a suitable individualized HDF treatment regimen to improve the quality of life of MHD patients.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2016,there were 27 cases of MHD patients(dialysis age> 6 months)in the hemodialysis center of the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai Affiliated Hospital.The patients were treated with HDF for 4 h,6 h,8 h(3 treatment time),and serum calcium,phosphorus and magnesium concentrations were measured before and after different treatment time.According to the Dirk R Kuypers method: the use of a unified questionnaire,line before and after treatment of skin itching score.To observe which treatment time HDF treatment and the treatment time is better than the other two groups.SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis.The test level is ? = 0.05.Results:4h,6h,8hHDF treatment group,the treatment of serum calcium was not correlated with the treatment time(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of serum calcium(P> 0.05).Serum P was significantly correlated with the treatment time of 6 h HDF(P <0.05).4hHDF and 8hHDF were not associated with treatment time(P> 0.05).There was a significant difference in serum clearance rate of serum between the three HDF groups(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the treatment time between serum magnesium and 4h,6h and 8h(P> 0.05).There was a significant difference in serum magnesium clearance between 4hHDF and 8hHDF treatment time(P <0.05).The treatment of skin itching was related to the treatment time of 4h,6h and 8h(P <0.05).There was a significant difference in the rate of improvement of skin pruritus between the three groups(P <0.05).Conclusion : For patients with high serum phosphorus can prolong the treatment time of HDF,but from the treatment effect,treatment time correlation and economic burden and other considerations,the choice of HDF treatment time is 6h best.For patients with stubborn pruritus can prolong the HDF treatment time,with the treatment time,itching to improve the effect of the more obvious,this time the best treatment time 8h.
