| Objective: To analyze the diagnosis value of serum Procalcitonin in inflammatory skin disease with bacterial infection, and to provide the basis for early use of antibiotics. Methods: 1 76 cases of inflammatory skin diseases who were hospitalized in our hospital from July 2015 to September 2016 were enrolled as subjects.According to the clinical manifestation, laboratory examination and pathogen detection, the patients were divided into bacterial infection group and non infection group. All patients completed the PCT,CRP and WBC detects.2 The study took SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis software for data processing and analysis.Rank sum test comparison of the PCT,CRP and WBC differential, and P<0.05 as the difference, which was statistically significant.Evaluation of the accuracy of the PCT,CRP and WBC for infection by using the ROC curve(receiver-operating characteristic curve). Results: 1 The PCT levels of bacterial group and non infection group were compared, the difference was statistically significant(u=-6.083,P<0.05).The CRP levels of bacterial group and non infection group were compared, the difference was statistically significant(u=-3.594,P<0.05).The WBC levels of bacterial group and non infection group were compared, the difference was not statistically significant(u=-0.437,P>0.05).2 The ROC curve showed area under PCT,CRP and WBC were respectively 0.906,0.740 and 0.529.The sensitivity of PCT,CRP and WBC were respectively 80.0%,77.5%,47.5%.The specificity of PCT,CRP and WBC were respectively 83.3%,61.1%,69.4%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1 The expression level of serum PCT was increased in skin infectious diseases.Compared with CRP and WBC,it has high sensitivity.2 Serum PCT was conducive to early diagnosis for inflammatory skin disease combined with bacterial infections, and was worth for clinical reference. |
