Clinical Observation Of Specific Acupoints Ventouse Combined With Acupuncture Based On Differentiation Treatment Of Early Breast Abscess

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and action of the specific acupoints ventouse combined with acupuncture in the treatment of early breast abscess,designed to find a therapy,which has better clinical effects,simple operation,safe without toxic and side effect and easily accepted.Methods: 120 migraine subjects with early breast abscess were randomly divided into treatment and control group with randomised controlled trials,60 subjects in each group.Subjects in treatment group were divided into liver Qi stagnation type(26 cases),Stomach-heat type(34 cases).All subjects were received light diet and psychological counseling to keep mental well-off,removed any possible external factors that may induce and aggravate migraine.Subjects in treatment group were treated by specific acupoints ventouse combined with acupuncture based on differentiation.First prick major acupoints which were Danzhong and Jianjing and relevant matching acupionts,once daily.And than cup Yingchuang Rugen Shenfeng Ashixue and relevant Back-shu point,once daily.Subjects in control group were treated by cefadroxil capsules,daily 2 time 0.5 g.The treatment course was three days.The curative effect in totality after three courses,and the integral of symptomatology were observed in two groups.Results:1.The pain score of symptomatology was improved in two groups,and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).2.The lump score of symptomatology was improved in two groups,and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).3.and the integral of symptomatology was improved in two groups,and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the mass dissipationtreatment of the treat group was superior to the control group by ultrasound result(P<0.05).5.The total effective rate in treatment group(96.67%)was superior to that in control group(78.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion: Specific acupoints ventouse combined with acupuncture based on differentiation has exact effect on the treatment of early breast abscess,can obviously cure early breast abscess,has better effect than treatment of oral cefadroxil capsules.
