Part Ⅰ The choice of phantom and “ bionic lesion” mold makingObjective: To optimize and make a head and neck bionic phantom and a target lesion suitable for use in this study.Methods: "Chengdu bionic head and neck dosimetric phantom" was selected,and a "mold" method of bionic lesions was designed to make the bionic lesion more bionic.The bionic lesion has the characteristics of internal uniformity and edge identifiability with "spicule" structure and "lobed" structure.In the process of making the target lesion,a complete quality control and quality assurance system was established to ensure the quality of the bionic phantom and meet the basic technical requirements of the CT multimodal scanning.Before the analysis,the first thing to do was to train the staff involved in the research,and then to get the CT images.Results: 64-slice spiral CT multimodal(parameter and orientation)scans were performed on this phantom,including transverse,sagittal and coronal plane scanning with different parameters,and a lot of image data were obtained.In order to ensure the image quality of each 64-slice spiral CT scan,the technical parameters of the 64-slice spiral CT machine were calibrated before each experiment,and the homogeneity of the experimental results was achieved.The obtained images were in the original state of the PACS system for reading and measuring images.Conclusion:1 "Chengdu bionic head and neck dosimetric phantom" for the experiment was chosen and optimized.2 The mold of bionic lesion for this experiment was made successfully.3 In order to ensure the quality of the image,a kind of exhaust method and technique was developed for the closing of the phantom.4 Transverse,coronal and sagittal CT plane scans were performed on the bionic lesion in the multi-parameter state.5 The relationship between the different parameters and different orientations of 64-slice spiral CT scanning technique and the image quality of the bionic lesion was studied.Part Ⅱ CT image measurement and data acquisitionObjective: To optimize and study the scientific methods of CT image reading and measurement suitable for this experiment,and to measure the data of CT scans with different parameters.Methods: The head and neck phantom for this experiment was fixed on the GE64 spiral CT scanning bed,and the preset positions,orientations and scanning parameters were scanned by CT.The obtained CT images are collected and stored on the PACS system for centralized analysis,and the CT image reading and measurement are carried out by using a self-made "image CT number positioning ruler" and "Coordinate measuring instrument for measuring area of interest”.Before the measurement,the participants were trained to ensure the measured data homogeneity,and the CT number and the spicules and lobes of different parameters and different orientations of CT scanning images were systematically measured.Results: The high quality CT scan images were obtained,and all the images were summarized,collated and measured in detail.A lot of data were obtained,and tools for CT image measurement were invented to ensure the successful completion of the experiment.Conclusion:1 The data acquisition,induction and collation of 64-slice spiral CT images of head bionic lesion were carried out.2 The tools developed for CT images and CT number measurement are advanced.3 The multimodal 64-slice spiral CT scans were used to measure and analyze the items of spicules,lobules,and edge sharpness.Part Ⅲ Data statistics and data analysisObjective: To analyze experimental data and information scientifically,to carry out statistical analysis and evaluation,and obtain effective results.Methods: The data were acquired using the statistical package for Social Science(SPSS,version number: 19.0)for statistical analysis.Before the data analysis,the first thing to do was to set the 1-22 analysis points of the data analysis.The 1-22 analysis points are as follows:1 The changes of mA value and CT number of ROI in the bionic lesion(N0,N1,N2,N3,N4).2 The changes of kV value and CT number of ROI in the the bionic lesion.3 The changes in mA and kV values and in CT number of ROI in the the bionic lesion.4 The changes in mA value and the spicule display rate and CT number in the bionic lesion.5 The changes of kV value and the spicule display rate and CT number.6 The changes of spicule display rate and CT number as mA value and kV value exist.7 The changes of mA value and display rate of lobulated sign and CT number of the bionic lesion.8 The changes of kV value and display rate of lobulated sign and CT number of the bionic lesion.9 The changes of display rate of lobulated sign and CT number of the bionic lesion as mA value and kV value exist.10 The effect of changes in mA value on the size of the bionic lesion edge(maximum transverse diameter,maximum longitudinal diameter).11 The effect of changes in kV value on the size of the bionic lesion carried out,and the corresponding tables were used to express them.Result:Through data analysis and statistical evaluation,it is very important to optimize and select various parameters of spiral CT multimodal scanning technology.Unscientific reduction of kV and mA values can cause the image quality to decrease significantly and affect the microstructure observation and display.It can also affect some changes of the lesion CT number.For example,the CT number will be a small false high phenomenon of small amplitude at 150 mA scan.Conclusion:1 The bionic lesion made directly in the brain region of the male head and neck lesions simulation phantom(CDP1C)can reach good simulation.And this method is the innovation of this experiment though the literature available has not mentioned it.2 "Plasticine dam exhaust method" is a kind of cheap and practical method,which has not yet been reported in literature available,and should be widely applied to scientific research work.3 The shape of the lesion at the same level in the 64 slice spiral CT scan under different conditions can be changed,which has not been reported in the previous literature.4 The quality control system for reading and measuring the images acquired in the experiment was developed.5 A kind of CT coordinate measuring ruler for measuring the area of interest was invented.6 The method of selecting the ROI of the CT value of the CT image and the method of measuring the spicule and the lobule were found out.7 The data obtained from the 64 slice spiral CT multimodal scanning of the bionic phantom have been systematically analyzed.8 The results of the 22 meaningful data analysis have been obtained.9 It is confirmed that excessive reduction of CT scan parameters can significantly reduce CT image quality and influence the display and diagnosis.10 It is very important to optimize the parameters of low dose 64-slice spiral CT scan,and it is even more important to realize standardization.
