Study On Multi-slice Spiral CT Signs Of Solitary Pulmonary Ground-glass Nodule

Objective:To investigate the MSCT signs of fifty solitary pulmonary ground-glass nodules(GGN), according to IASLC/ATS/ERS Classification of Lung Adenocarcinoma, and study its value in diagnostic.Materials and Methods:Clinical materials and MSCT findings of 50 cases with GGN from December 2012 to December 2014 were retrospectively investigated, all patients underwent CT scan. All patients were devided into four groups, among these lesions there were fifteen benign lesions, eight Preinvasive lesions, seven minimally invasive adenocarcinoma lesions and twenty invasive adenocarcinoma lesions. All surgically resected specimens were diagnosed according to IASLC/ATS/ERS Classification. The MSCT signs include the shape,maximum diameter, margin, vacuole sign, solid component, interface, internal characteristics, adjacent structure, blood vessels through.Results:The table one shows the statistical analysis of the 50 patients about their clinical data and pulmonary GGN findings. Part of GGN’s general morphological characteristics(including the margin, maximum diameter, etc.) were significantly different among the four groups. Vacuole sign of GGN was significantly different between benign group and other groups(P<0.05); there were a significantly statistical difference in whether containing with solid components and the shape between IAC and MIA(P<0.05); thevessels(about 80.00% in IAC leisiongs, 33.33% in benign leisions)go through the leisions was significant statistical difference between IAC and benign(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT can clearly show the different characteristics of GGNs and the relations with the trachea and vessels, comprehensive analysis of the CT signs of GGNs, may help to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of GGNs...
