Objection: To explore the effectiveness of endoscopic surgery treatment thalamus hemorrhage. Methods: Analysis 40 cases of thalamus hemorrhage patients who underwent endoscopic surgery or hematoma puncture evacuation, including GOS score, hematoma clearance rate,biomarkers(IL-6,C3,C4),complications.Endoscopic surgery group(observation group)21 Cases with hematoma puncture evacuation group(control group)19 cases. Results: In observation group,11 cases of patients were in good recovery after 3 months of the operation,8 cases were in severed dysfunction,2 cases in dead.In control group,8 cases in good recovery,7 cases in severed,4 cases in dead. The observation group of patients with rebleeding rate and death rate lower than the control group. The 24 hour hematoma clearance rate in observation group is 82.00±9.16 %,in control group is 58.03±20.86 %.The hematoma clearance rate, biomarkers, edema formation in observation group are better than the control group.Diff had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Thalamus hemorrhage is a common way of the cerebral hemorrhage, endoscopic surgery is an effective rescue method,to compare the treatment effects of the endoscopic surgery and the hematoma puncture evacuation.Endoscopic surgery can early removal of the thalamus hematoma, relieve inflammation, reducing the rebleeding rate and death rate, improve the prognosis of patients with severe ward, beneficial to patients with thalamic hemorrhage.
