Objective:Intracerebral hemorrhage is common clinical cerebrovascular disease,morbidity, mortality and disability higher,serious threat to human health.In recent years,more and more evidence indicate that the immune factors and inflammation play an important role in the path physiology of cerebral hemorrhage,but the complement system activation is one of the important factors of pathology damage mechanism in Intracerebral hemorrhage This reaserch in the current study of acupuncture treatment of stroke in the current,on the basis of integration,Western medicine on the stroke of the new understanding of the pathogenesis of,research complement C3,C4-mediated inflammatory response in the brain hemorrhage after the complement cascade and the important role of electro-acupuncture,the shuigou,neiguan,Zusanli of intracerebral hemorrhage rats complement-mediated inflammatory response and the impact of the mechanism.Methods:Choose healthy 60 Wistar rats(average weight of 200-250 g),male and female. The rats number,check random number table,divided into four groups:normal,the sham group,model group and electro-acupuncture group.According to bleeding time, the normal group,the sham group were divided into 3 h,24h,72h groups,each with two.Model group,electro-acupuncture treatment group were divided into 3 h,24h, 72h groups,each with eight.Model group used 0.4ul collagensⅦinjected rats caudate nucleus(0.2 mm behind the anterior fontanelle,2.9mm away from the midsagittal line at right,deep 6 mm)induced cerebral hemorrhage approach.Model group underwent sampling after 3 h.24h.72h in model.Electro-acupuncture group used electro-acupuncture treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in rats.from Point ditch Point.the Neiguan(bilateral),Zusanli(bilateral).
